  Nice Hotel Great Price

  Hotel was nice and clean with a great staff. Located near similar hotel chains priced $40 to $50 a night higher. Close to interstate with plenty of food choices close. Great Mexican restaurant across the street.

  Business travel, dirty & dissapointed

  I travel several times a year for business and try to stay loyal to IHG properties so that I can earn the points. This property was one of my least favorites. This is listed as "newer" property, do not be deceived. It is actually a nasty old Best Western converted into a very poorly remodeled Holiday Inn Express. Pros: 10 min from airport Dunkin donuts across the street Staff was friendly Cons: -VERY VERY dirty - there was hair in the bathroom, the carpet in the room and in the hallway had not been vacuumed for a long time -The edges of the carpet had never been vacuumed. Don't look too close. Yuck. -There were stains on the white duvet covers. I assume these are easy to wash and they needed to be. -Housekeeping did not do anything except replace a towel -Hot water in shower was hard to get because handle was broken and panel was loose in shower -bathrooms are EXTREMELY small -Neighborhood felt unsafe. I am not familiar with Louiseville but there were a lot of homeless people and this neighborhood felt very rundown. There was a ton of trash in the parking lot. I drove about 5 minutes to a Starbucks and there were homeless people laying in the drive way? WTH. -Breakfast was left over day after day....

  Very professional front desk staff

  My sister was in the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville and I had to book a room close to it for my mom and other sister to stay in while they visited her over the course of three days. I called from Southern Nevada to set up a room and the front desk staff was very helpful in setting up a room for them. I ended up having extended the stay for a couple of days, however; I would call in and the front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful in getting the task accomplished. My sister, unfortunately, passed away, and since my other sister and mom were both emotionally exhausted them having a place to rest and shower really helped. It can be tricky to set up a reservation from far away for another party, and also frustrating if the staff doesn't act professionally. Although they don't know it, the front desk staff at this hotel really helped my family through a tough time, and they did it by simply being pleasant and acting professionally. I used to be a front desk agent and it can be a very unforgiving position in which you catch a lot of flak for things that are out of your control. I'd recommend reading the popular poem "I am a front desk agent" to get an idea of what it is really like. However; although I'm sure the staff at this hotel gets a lot of flack from a lot of rude guests, they seem to have a very pleasant and professional approach. THEY ARE ROCKSTARS, and if I ever win the lottery I am so hooking them up. Thank you, front desk staff, for helping my family through a trying time. God bless you.

  Weekend Trip

  This was a great hotel. Very friendly staff. There was not a single person we encountered that wasnt pleasant and helpful. Very clean in the room and in the lobby. We make this trip every year and this will be our new hotel.

  The most dishonest lying crooks on the planet.

  My great regret is that I can only give this joint one star they deserve a negative score. They deserve to be put in jail. They lied about having the room I reserved, When I arrived they could only give me an unacceptable room. When I refused to accept the bait and switch deception, they lie and say that I stayed in the room. This joint only uses the Wyndham name, corporate has no control over their deceptions.
