  Torneo de futbol

  Hace un año estuve con el equipo de fútbol en este hotel, fue magnífico, un hotel modesto con muchas prestaciones y muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, buen bufet. Las instalaciones son lo mejor para personas que le gustan el deporte, sin duda un buen hotel para ir con amigos y disfrutar.

  Weekend with Family

  After a previous poor experience where some jewellery went missing we havent stayed here recently but our new preferred hotel was fully booked so we bit the bullet out of necessity. As previously the hotel was clean, room spacious and comfortable. Didnt bring jewellery so didnt use safe. Made sure room occupied sign posted until we left room and made sure everything tidied away. Late check in was easy and relaxed, usual express breakfast but want to commend Joyce who was exceptional in the restaurant. Friendly, helpful and polite. Exceptional customer service and with a smile. Quick and efficient check out. Might not wait too long to revisit next time but having read previous comments on safes wouldnt bring valuable jewellery.

  Consistently good

  Once again the room was clean and superb value for money. The staff are the selling point of this place though as they are all superbly polite and helpful - we remain very impressed with this place. Weve stayed here four times now and well certainly continue to use this hotel.

  Superb in all areas!

  Absolutely fantastic stay last weekend, with first class staff, cleanliness, rooms, dining and breakfast! Raluca on reception/breakfast is a complete asset to the organisation and is worthy of praise. She was polite, professional, friendly, helpful and really went the extra mile - you could genuinely tell that she cared about my experience whilst staying there. Thank you so much :)

  Still Amazing staff

  I have stayed at this Hotel 5 times now over the past few years. Again I had to visit the North for a family funeral. The staff were great, the Covid precautions are well in place, and the staff and hotel keep it up. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Even in these times of Covid they still find the time to make sure you have a great and safe time in the hotel, everything is explained well, and great efforts have been made to provide a good service in extreme and challenging circumstances, the value for money is still high on the hotels priorities and have not taken advantage of the situation. Well done and keep up the good work and service. I look forward to staying again, hopefully in better times. To all the staff keep safe you are doing a great job. Thankyou again for making my sad journey bearable by your kindness and service.
