  Great service and cleanliness

  Really friendly and helpful staff, and it was clear they are taking covid precautions seriously on all fronts. Very convenient location, comfortable beds and very swanky rooms. I would definitely stay again.

  Clean environment

  This place is kept really clean. The beds are clean and comfy. Their bathrooms are super clean. I love the setting of their rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. So many choices to choose from. I will highly recommend this beautiful place. I have no idea to why its considered a 2 stars hotel . I dont know how the start rating works on hotels, but if I was asked to rate this hotel, I would probably exceed the maximum stars. Keep the good work, guys

  Amazing

  Will definitely be staying there again. The rate was more than worth the room we stayed in. The room itself was great, and the location of the hotel isn't bad either. Perfect for walking anywhere downtown.

  Such great customer service!

  To start you are greeted by the sweetest man at the front desk! He made our stay easy! Only wish there wouldve been some kind of tour guides in the room but I image there isnt due to Covid overall worth it! Plus free parking downtown KC, heck yeah!

  Horrible Stay

  We had a horrible stay here. When we got there we were told there was a water main break and it was effecting the power to the elevators. Also they were testing the fire alarms. We checked into our room around 6:00 and the alarms starting going off and they were loud! This went on for about 10 minutes then after about 5 minutes they went off again for another 10 minutes. When they finally stopped, we heard racist yelling and chanting. Looking out the window we saw a group of about 15-20 people marching down the middle of the street protesting something. We were going to walk to dinner but after seeing this we drove. We asked about this at the reception desk and were told that happens a lot down there. When we went to dinner, the power to the elevators were out so we had to take the stairs from the 5th floor. In the morning our whole 5th floor had no hot water. When we checked out and I complained about all of this I was told that there was nothing they could do since we booked through a third party. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and maybe on a different day it would have been great, but with all of the inconveniences that we had to pay for and there was no attempt to compensate us or even trying to make it right was unacceptable.
