  El hotel es excelente pero las habitaciones huelen mal

  El hotel es lindo , la atencion de primera , el desayuno abundante, calientito y agradable pero sus habitaciones no las airean muy bien y huelen muy mal , creo deberian de desinfectar mas los banos el olor es igual al de la habitacion, la ubicacion es excelente

  Muy limpio muy buena atención

  Esta justamente saliendo del freeway y las instalaciones están impecables la atención del personal muy buen, las habitaciones están muy cómodas, el bufete de desayuno también bastante cumplidor por lo cual lo recomiendo ampliamente

  5-star service, excellent breakfast, comfy bed

  WOW forget about points earned, they have a self-serve PANCAKE MACHINE, which should merit 5-stars alone! This crowd pleasing miracle of culinary automation is one of several nice surprises at this HIX. Just beyond the front-desk is a very well thought out breakfast bar which is furnished nicely, perfect for people watching and relaxing. Assigned staff are constantly replenishing the incredile selection hot/cold items. I was truly impressed by the 5-star stellar service I received from every employee I interacted with here. I had far more genuine and thoughtful attention than recent stays at higher end chains. HIX Indio CA is literally just down the road from Fantasy Springs Casino, and this location would be convenient to stay for Coachella Music Fest, Stagecoach, BNP pro tennis, etc. and is close to Palm Springs. I was disappointed by the small pool and patio area. However...the rooms are larger than other comparable chains.The bed was verrrrry comfy with those nice "hotel" sheets with a great mix of large pillows. There is a desk, TV unit with drawers, tables. and large easy chair that had uncomfortable fabric. The bathroom is ok. Every room has a NICE MINI-Fridge with a drawer in the bottom chill area and..a separate FREEZER section. Now if they only had a microwave.... This HIX does allow pets for $30 per night. Note: all guests with pets will be on the first floor. I was surprised by all the good things here.

  Good stop along a busy highway

  It appears that this hotel underwent a makeover. However, the rooms are still old with very thin walls. Due to Covid-19 many amenities are not available, i.e, Pool, Business Center, Gym, etc.. Being so close to the interstate made for a noisy night from the traffic. If you do stay here, be sure to request a room on the back side away from the highway. They do offer a limited breakfast served, from the front desk, consisting of coffee, pre-packaged muffins, and some fruit. There is security for the parking lot. A room is a room is about all I can say about this place. The front desk was helpful in providing a telephone number for some food delivery service. This is a pet friendly hotel. Glad to be just passing thru for 1 night. I hope you find this review helpful in making your next travel plans.

  When you need a place to get off the highway, this is a good choice .

  Nice place to stay. Very friendly staff.Everyone was adhering to COVID19 safety standards, and the property was clean. We were disappointed that all of the amenities were not available due to the virus. Not the fault of Holiday Inn of course, but maybe hotels everywhere should be discounting due to it? It is a 5 minute walk to Fantasy Springs Casino. Otherwise, area doesn't seem to have anything else close by to offer. What the heck do people in Indio do in their down time?
