  Nice Location, Nice Hotel

  We stayed here two nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel was conveniently located for everything we were doing in and around Boise and Meridian. Even when we went downtown for dinner it didn't seem like it was too far away. We were staying on a Friday and Saturday night, so that may have helped. The room itself was a typical Holiday Inn Express, which is fine with me as I seem to stay in one or two a month for work. The only thing I didn't care for was we were on the west side of the building and you can clearly hear the freeway traffic. First night was tough to sleep through that for me but the second night I had adjusted and slept fine. The beds, while that is a subjective topic, they were good and this guy with a bad back had no issues. We liked it and will stay here again when we come back to visit family.

  Very Nice Hotel - Great Stay

  Finally got around to writing this review. Stayed May 2019. This Holiday Inn was very clean and modern. It had a really neat upstairs loft where you could just hang out and relax or read or whatever. The breakfast buffet was maintained by Beverly who was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. We had a very nice stay here.

  Customer service is top notch

  My son's baseball club stayed during a recent tourney. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. Tae and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our families, including referring to us individually by name an encouraging and cheering on our boys. When our game schedules required alterations to reservations, Tae handled them with sincerity and understanding. When our kids got too rowdy, he was gentle and kind in asking for them to wind down. He greeted us with a smile, and welcomed us like it was his own home. He made us feel safe, making sure the hotel was clean, and caring for us like we were his own family. The rest of his staff mirrored Tae's ways. Morning staff was friendly and kind and everyone whom worked there put the customer first. Well done!

  No hot tub

  A good place to stay if you don't plan on using the hot tub. The room we were first assigned to had issues with the AC/Heating unit. They were kind enough to move us to a different room. We were on the side by the freeway and hardly heard the vehicles. Their grab and go bags are good. Frozen breakfast burritos, bananas, yogurt, a muffin, milk or coffee not what they normally offer, but since COVID, nothing is normal any more.

  Spacious, caring, and well maintained

  Tae, the GM of this hotel is the feature of your stay. Positive and always helpful, he sends his customers off in the morning like a good dad sending his kids off to school with a bag of food (pandemic-approved breakfast) and sincere well wishes. If you need a bigger room than normal, there is plenty of space here. Bigger rooms, taller ceilings, and a mezzanine where you can work, eat, or hang out. We went there for 4 days to escape the forest fires and lived up there in the daytime with a couple other families who were also virtually going to school or working. Pool is open, but not hot tub due to restrictions. Clean and well managed. Youll enjoy your stay here. Be sure to meet Tae.
