  Holiday inn express early tx

  The staff here is so nice and it is the cleanest hotel by far! We had an excellent experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone! Very cozy and friendly ! This hotel is very professional and the staff is super humble and knowledgable of the area! I love the location of the hotel and the friendly manner of all the associates!!

  Nice Hotel

  This is the second time staying at this hotel. I have not been disappointed.It looks and smells great. I had a good selection of breakfast food. Justin at the desk was very helpful with dining options. A great place to say.

  They stole my basic things out of my room. Manager does not care, says its not true.

  My key wouldnt work, so i went to the desk and was told i was in another room now. I said ok, wheres my stuff? The man said i dont know. I have a case number with the corporate, but still havnt recieved any type of refund. The manager Stienmess, claims there wasnt anything in the room. I said so i took my clothes, shaving kit, hair brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and conditioner to work with me? We are talking 100 dollars, and still nothing to compenstate at all. Just a manager with one tooth calling me a liar. Unbelievable!

  Great Staff and Clean Hotel

  The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They greeted me warmly and were able to effectively communicate their updated procedures due to Covid-19. The Room is spacious inviting and clean. All amenities are well stocked and the green efforts of the property are appreciated from the shampoos/soaps in the hotel and the landscaping.

  Great place to stay

  I went in to check prices and was greeted very nicely by Jenny Lee at the front desk. She gave me a room for me and my wife, plus mother in law. My wife told me the room was noisy, I went down to the desk and was treated with respect in finding another room. Beds were very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again if I pass through Early again.
