  International hotel in Changzhou city center, easy to arrive by taxi and close to train station. The rooms are comfortable, very clean with big bathroom, good food selection for breakfast. It's really suggested hotel in this area

  Awesome experience

  Although this is Express level hotel, I've been touched by great service and great breakfast. Don't you believe you can get a cup of coffee to take away when you check out? There are also many great gifts for welcome. Definitely I will stay here for next trips.

  A few mistakes but the price was good.

  Brought foreign businessmen and needed 4 rooms for 2 nights. Check-in was a problem even with reservations. No smoking was needed but one guest got a smoking room. The guest was moved to a non-smoking room in which the A/C was not working correctly. Another change was required. A second guest had A/C problems also, so another room was required in which the A/C did not work much better but acceptable. Reservations were charged to our credit cards and told we had to pay at the desk. We had noticed that one of us had been charged twice for the room. We are working to get refunded. The breakfast buffet was good and no other complaints. The lower price made up for the inconveniences.

  Good Stay at Holiday Inn !!

  The hotel was very clean and enjoyed a comfortable stay. The Hotel team was so supportive and felt like a stay at home. The Breakfast they are serving is so good, you can choose from lot of options. Experienced two nights at Holiday Inn Express Changzou Landing

  Had a great experience

  I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the better and valued hotel I've experienced in Changzhou. Rooms were clean but a little on the smaller side since I was traveling with my family. Unlike other hotels, the front desk is located on floor 7 being that this is part of the mall, all levels below are shops and office. That being said, you'll find the business area, kids area, dining area, and laundry room all located on the 7th floor, everything above are guest rooms. I didn't noticed any bellpersons, so you're on your own with your own bags. As mentioned, the hotel is part of the mall, and one of the nicer and newer malls in Changzhou so the hotel location is excellent. BRT and other bus stops is only a few minutes walk away, you can usually find taxis at these bus stops as well. Overall, my stay with my family were excellent and I wanted to mentioned the dining staff in the morning; which I can't remember her name was great. She was very friendly and always had a great smile, in fact she was working the entire time I was there and both my wife and I noticed she never took a day off. Overall, I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
