  Horrible hotel - I wouldnt even rate it one star

  Found heroin capsule in The drawer , man at front desk did not care, so they offered a second room which smelled like mildew! DO NOT STAY HERE! Defiantly not family friendly, nor safe for staying out of town.

  Very Disappointed

  My wife & I stayed at this property for one night, Saturday 8/29/2020. Were IHG Members so we decided to use points & cash for this stay as this property required less points. When we entered the hotel there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 15 minutes before a young man showed up and explained he was assisting another guest. Over the past several year since we became IHG Members weve grown accustomed to being offered upgrades but none was offered. We were also told that, in addition to the breakfast area being closed, the pool was also closed due to the COVID virus. We thought this was very odd since we stayed at two other Holiday Inn properties in the area and those pools were opened. When we got off the elevator, the hallway to our room was very warm. Our room, #200, was located at the far end of the hall. When we entered the room we were met with a musty smell. Our second disappointment was that instead of a king size bed we had two double beds. Figuring the hotel may have been full, and since we were only there for one night, we decided to keep the room, We found the beds to be much too hard for us and did not sleep well that evening, When we left the hotel a short time later for dinner, and when we returned from dinner, there was no one at the front desk. Again, when we checked out the next morning, there was no one at the front. Apparently guest assistance isnt a high priority at this location. Given the fact that the other Holiday Inn properties in the area provide better accommodations, I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

  Nice property, convenient to shopping and interstates

  This HI is somewhat set back from the main roadway, so was pretty quiet overall. Staff followed Covid guidelines, as did most of the guests. No food options on site due to restrictions but there was a lot to access in the area.

  Nice stay

  Hotel conveniently located off the interstate and with good restaurants nearby. Clean room with a nice staff. Thought it would be noisy being so close to the interstate but it wasnt. Will definitely stay here again

  NOT A 2 STAR HOTEL!!

  READ ALL OF THIS...... I am so glad that I read a few warnings about staying close in to Nashville. The Hotels near the city charge $30 to $50+ per night just to park. Ouch. So please...find a Hotel that has the parking free. I found this Hotel on a 3rd party website. The reviews were good (Should be all 5 star). What I don't understand is how this Hotel can be rated as 2 star. This should be 4 star+. This Hotel as of me typing is near BRAND NEW. Everything was gorgeous. I felt so guilty for the low price. And then....all of the people were so nice. I thought I was on a different planet. Especially Sarah. She helped us with food recommendations (That were spot on)....these people were out shoveling snow to clear the driveway in their sneakers. I don't know how you get such great staff, but wow. Our flight was canceled the first night due to weather, and these people even compensated us with a few BONUS's even though they could not "Officially" do anything because we booked through a 3rd party app. ALWAYS BOOK directly with the HOTEL. They will match any price you find, and then that gives them the power to control the reservation. If you use another website....and not the Hotel, you take the power away from them. So....anyway. The room was gorgeous. The fitness center is 24 hours that I love. And minutes from this Hotel you have amazing places to eat gas stations...everything...and you are not paying the tourist trap prices. This place is fantastic. It was the perfect base camp for us to explore Nashville. Our experience here was 5 star. Thank you Sarah.
