  Good choice!

  Great rates, clean rooms, good breakfast. Close to shopping at the Mall and local. Next door Mexican food is authentic even with limited choices. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and hotel was clean throughout. Only downside- coffee not available around the clock in the lobby. A good place to stay.

  It's showing its age

  This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff is nice and the location is very convenient. Close to shopping the Big Thicket, and all the places to eat. Convenient to I10 as well. Here's the problem it's showing its age big time.....the furniture, walls, and paint are in bad shape (see pics) . This is not the expectation when you stay at a Holiday Inn Express and Suites.

  Due for a make over

  We stayed here passing through Beaumont. We stay at IHG hotels because I trust the brand but IHG needs to step in here and make some changes. Check in was painfully slow we were left holding our bags for well over 15 minutes with just one person ahead of us. Even though I'm a IHG member and already booked the hotel online the check in was poor. The room was ok but felt dirty and that may have just been due to the multiple stains on the carpet. I'm giving this hotel a 3 star rating and I'm being very kind with that. I wouldn't stay here again.

  Disgusting old ratty hotel

  This is a nasty gross overpriced hotel the room is dirty, comforter dirty and stained, it smells like a cave wet dirty stinky. So disappointed. $150 for a $39 hotel yall are nasty. This shouldnt have the holiday inn express name its the worst hotel Ive stayed at. Dirty smelly and a huge waste of money!!!!!!!!!

  Most Disgusting Hotel Ever

  This place is hands down the filthiest place Ive ever stayed in. I am ashamed to say that I actually went through closing my eyes and sleeping here. On first impression the lobby was decent. The moment I walked into my room it smelled like standing water. The carpet was FILTHY, there was a roach in the bathroom and all the furniture was old and worn. To make matters even worst they charge $130 a night. This is a bottom of the barrel stay and I would not advise anyone to stay a night here. This is the nastiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. Stains on the walls, bed sham, ironing board and carpet. Disgusting!!!!
