  comfortable sleep but ...........

  Decided to come to Newnan to see the photo exhibits on city buildings. Difficult to find the hotel coming in off I 85 even after phoning hotel for directions. Worth the trip downtown to see the photos, especially the bright sunlit one on stately municipal building. Hotel staff not really aware of photo exhibit and not fully aware of how to share driving directions to downtown,

  another great location

  the people here are so wonderful. Staff is friendly, place is consistenly clean and the food is good. yes. i recommend this Holiday Inn. the room was large, as was the bathroom. the bed and pillows were soft and i felt like it was a brand new bed.

  Housekeeping..?

  We stayed for one night, the first floor room was worn. There were crumbs from the previous guests in hallway and in room.....The Shampoo , conditioner dispenser, with body wash was Gross. They are not taking it apart, or cleaning it between guests, so there is nasty jelly like brown stuff at the top of the bottles, and black mildew growing on the bottom of bottles...the shampoo was empty...These dispensers are not maintenance free..they have to be sanitized between use, when refilling the bottles, they must be rinsed off, and the pumps cleaned out...these are full of bacteria...when the product goes brown...its spoiling...gross gross gross.. The room next door , the children ran up and down the hall at 7 am..so we were wide awake...there as not clock in the room...it was right on top of the pool..so it was noisy....the front desk needs to KNOW THEIR rooms..do not put a older couple in a room on top of the pool...the cleaning was surface clean....not going back....

  Power outage

  We had a power outage at our home and needed somewhere to get a cool night's sleep and a hot shower the next morning. Great customer service. Rooms are nice. We stayed in a king suite so your mileage may vary. The showers were really nice, much better that a typical hotel room. Price was on par for the area. I would highly recommend this location!

  Anywhere but here...

  First room had dead roses and bed was completely destroyed. Second room had blue lent all over right side and indented body print in mattress but not left side. Manager said mustve been from other items in laundry. Third room of the hour of check in smelled like smoke. No hand sanitizers in lobby or halls. Its a very old hotel with mold in tiles in bathroom. Stay anywhere but here. No refund no discount just moving 3 bags and misc belongings throughout hotel multiple times. Good reviews were left long ago before this place turned into dump with terrible management. New Fayetteville Holiday Inn is fantastic, cheaper and well worth the 20 minute drive.
