  Ringette tournament

  Great hotel all around. Highly recommended. We were there with a ringette team for a tournament. It was perfect. Eating area on the first floor provided breakfast and they were fine wi5 us using it to order in pizza for dinner in the evening. Awesome!

  First and last time at this hotel

  For being a new built, I am very deceived with the cleanliness. The floors in the rooms are definitely not up to my standard, we found hairs on the pillows and linen, and the pool was plain filthy. We also brought our small beagle along and were charged a $50 pet fee. Very much overpriced as far as Im concerned, but cant complain because I still booked our stay despite the cost. The thermostat is blocked at 20.5 Celsius so hope youre comfortable at that temperature. The gym is barely a gym for the size of the hotel, and the pool is even worse. Travellers beware. Cleanliness: 2* Price: 2* Proximity of restaurants/shopping: 4* Pool: 1* Gym: 2*

  Internet Connection is Always Dropped

  This is our second time to stay in this hotel. The first time we stayed here (January 2019) it was just recently opened so everything was new. The hotel still has that fresh and modern look. The bathroom has minimal toiletries. They have dispensed with mini bottles of toiletries and had them already switched to bulk-size bathroom amenities as part of an effort to cut waste. The good thing with Holiday Inn Express Hotels is that they provide free breakfast. However because of COVID, they only serve breakfast in the dining hall during Tuesday to Friday and the rest of the week you get a breakfast bag from the reception desk. Parking is Free BUT THEIR INTERNET SUCKS.We had to log onn almost every minute because our internet connection is always dropped.

  Clean new great service

  Location is good, close to the highway and lots of different restaurants within walking distance. prompt service at reception and breakfast. The room was clean and modern, nice towels and linens,, could do with more pillows for the bed, only had two. TP could be better quality. I would definitely stay here again.

  Needs to Review Room Maintenance-Frayed Towels, Damaged doors

  This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel.We were given a room on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway despite our IHG profile that we always request a room near the elevator. Our toilet door was damaged so we cannot close it properly, the conditioner pump in the toilet wasnt working or without contents, the towels were frayed reminded me of hostel towels which were even a bit better. We understand there is no housekeeping during COVID they told us we can request for supplies from Front Desk, when I requested for sugar and creamer for in room coffee the Front Desk only can gave us 1 sugar and creamer she said it is the only one she got.
