  Very Satisfied

  The hotel is newer and very clean. Pool was a nice temperature and we enjoyed swimming for a bit. Gym was far superior to most that I've seen. A lot a great equipment that was in perfect shape. Room was well appointed and cozy. Pillows were too soft for our liking. Breakfast was fair. Omelets and sausage were greasy and coffee was on the weak side. Small 'cons', but will stay again for sure. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. And sometimes that is really what counts.

  new place- a few oddities, downscore for so many problem areas.

  Open for a while but has the sheen of a new place. Assuming the bed was new, not sure why the mattress or box spring creaked like an older persons back when I sat on it - and I'm very thin! sconces on the wall beside the bed were installed upside down or something since you cant reach the switch to turn them on/off. Pressure inadequate on the low setting of the adjustable shower head but better one step up. CAREFUL - floor of shower extremely slippery when wet and there was no mat on which to stand- only one handhold so you could wind up on your butt! Serious safety design flaw - c'mon IHG! I smell a lawsuit. Hvac filters FILTHY like they'd never been cleaned since opening (see pic) - seriously, again what's up with ignorant house keep or maintenance staff?? Free breakfast was standard continental style with some hot food but heating dishes didnt quite do job and all was cold. Theres a panera in the parking lot if all else fails. Just off interstate and we were in the back so didnt hear any noise from that but did from the passing surface road, so make sure you ask for something in the back corner - I think NW facing side likely best. Needs alot of attention from management in order to improve my score regardless of how new it is - real shame. Got a good price over holidays so I rate it 'budget'. Free Wifi speed test suggest could do better (see test), and I didnt stream anything so rely on the in room tv which was huge and swung away from the wall while watching from bed.

  Great stay at a newer hotel

  I only stayed one night in Sturbridge and was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn. Its a newer property with big sleek rooms. My room was a huge King with a giant TV, sofa, desk and lots of room. My bed was so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The evening clerk was friendly. I slept in, so I missed breakfast. Theres a Panera Bread in the same parking lot. Grabbed a sandwich on the way out.

  Immaculate & great for family

  As a family of 5, this place was perfect with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa (which was very comfy). The room was spotless and so fresh and clean. Easy check in and we appreciated the sack breakfast in lieu of buffet due to Covid-19.

  Amazing Hotel

  What a great hotel. Super clean. Great beds. Great staff. We had an amazing experience. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. With Covid they have a grab and go breakfast with great options. Thank you!!
