    Disappointing Experience

Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center If you are familiar with the Embassy Suites brand, you may want to avoid this particular facility. A signature highlight of most Embassy Suites is the central open-air atrium oasis. There is, typically, also a water feature in the way of a waterfall and/or creek. Rooms are accessible via the atrium balconies/walkways. Another signature feature of Embassy Suites is the complimentary made-to-order breakfast. These offer a wide variety of food choices, including omelets. The convenience factor of not needing to leave the hotel is not lost on the traveler. Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville is a flat hotel without the relaxing atrium. There are only interior hallways with room doors on both sides. It does offer the breakfasts, Managers Reception, and now boasts an on-site restaurant. The lobby area is sleek. Off to the side, there are gathering areas with comfortable seating, some facing fireplaces and some around group tables. While staying in December, there were tasteful Christmas/holiday decorations that were not overwhelming. On the main level, there is a fitness/exercise room with plenty of equipment, an indoor pool (but no hot tub), and laundromat. The rooms are comfortable, but seem smaller than at other Embassy Suites. The bathroom is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. However, both doors are of the sliding barn door style that cannot be locked for privacy and that do not seal out light or odors from the bathroom. The in-room coffee was blasé. Bring your own ink pen if you plan to do any writing, because the complimentary pen might be worthless. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I choose Embassy Suites for the experience and comfort of luxury. Mostly, the lack of an atrium robbed me of that experience.

    Still Very Nice

We recently stayed here for the second time. It is still a very nice hotel. We spent one night in Noblesville visiting for our sons birthday. This is a great place to stay. It is always so clean. The breakfast is a basic hotel breakfast but it was hot so thats a big thing in my book.

Softball tourney visit Covid clean ? I doubt it

We stayed at this location in a King Suite during a softball tourney 7/24-7/26. The first morning we went to put the sleeper sofa back it jammed. After pulling it out to close it, we found a great deal of material on the floor behind it...so much so I doubt its ever been vacuumed since it was placed here. I ask the front desk to fix the sofa and vacuum while we were out. We left at 0645 and advised we would be gone until 3:00pm. Upon return nothing was done. Again I went to the front desk and they stated housekeeping was very busy Covid Cleaning all rooms but they checked ours and found no issue. Im waiting outside the use of a $200 a night room for resolution. I will not be returning to this or any other Holiday Inn with our travel teams.

    Ruined by COVID

I was working 20 minutes North of the Holiday Inn Express for work. All hotels in Anderson were rough at best. When I checked in here, from moment one, I had nothing short of excellent service and a great room. My stay started pre-Covid and extended through to August. Other than the rooms cleaned only upon request or after departure(part of the COVID protocol that hotels were under), you could not tell any difference between the 2 definitely different scenarios I witnessed. I have noticed an earlier 1 rating for cleanliness of the room and it was during my stay here. There was a travel baseball event in the area and it carried on for a few weeks. This was the worst part about my stay. Kids running down the halls, parents partying in the parking lot(COVID NO NO), and the noise and filth these travel teams brought in. Not all teams were bad, just a few, but they made the whole group look bad. And I had a preteen visitor after 1AM try to get in the room then kick the door til I answered. He was locked out and wanted me to open the door between the rooms to let him in his room. I did not have a door to the adjoining room. Sorry kid, wrong room. That all being said, the staff did an awesome job of keeping everything picked up and clean. What i would see in the hallways and elevator at 5AM, was not the hotels fault. I don't want to hear a vacuum at 2AM just to make it appear clean. After the tournament, the hotel was back to normal and I could not hope for more. Viewers beware, not all complaints are the hotels fault.

    Hotel of Choice in Noblesville

We have stayed at this hotel three times in 2020. Each time was for multiple days as we have family nearby. The location is prefect as it is close to the interstate, shopping and dinning. The building is newer and in perfect condition. We stayed in the same room twice and it was very large and comfortable. It has everything one would expect in a HIE, a coffee maker, reefer, microwave and safe. I like it that the bathrooms have showers rather than bathtubs. It is safer to walk into a large shower than having to step over a tub side onto a slick surface. The breakfast pre-COVID was good and typical of a HIE. During COVID the selections have been reduced, but that is a matter of food and pandemic safety. The hotel is taking the appropriate measures during these times to deal with COVID. There is non-contact check-in, housekeeping has been reduced to after checkout and as mentioned breakfast items have been reduced. I appreciate not having housekeeping everyday. During our five night stay the front desk clerk was willing to exchange towels for us. We do not need a daily change of sheets. I really did not want someone in our room touching things, not that their staff is bad. It is just the times. We carry wipes to go over all hard surfaces when we check into a hotel room and not having anyone else in the room means the room is still clean. All in all I would recommend this hotel and we will stay there again when in the area.
