  Relatively new hotel, but room needed a cleaning

  This is a relatively new hotel, but if they do not improve their housekeeping standards it is not going to age well. The bathroom of our room had stains in the shower, on the floor, and in the sink. The shower and the floor did not look like they had been cleaned in a while. There was also some crud on the top of the bedside table. Our stay was just fine otherwise. As I mentioned, this is a fairly new property. The beds are comfortable, the common areas are modern, and the staff was friendly. You might want to ask for a room on the back side of the hotel if you are sensitive to highway noise, but we slept great.

  Beautiful, new hotel

  Really great place to stay! The room was clean, everything is pretty new. Mattress and pillows were wonderful! Great front desk staff and yummy complimentary breakfast. Well definitely stay again when visiting family, thanks for the great service!

  Wonderful check-in service by Victoria, comfortable suite, nice & new property

  The check-in by Victoria was one of the nicest in any hotel recently. She was super-friendly, welcoming and professional. Besides the standard welcome amenity for IHG Spire (I chose the bonus points) she gave me a small gift bag with a bottle of water and a chocolate - how nice. Moreover, they were having a promotion, where you chose a card and got an extra gift. The card I chose was 5$ from the hotel shop. What a nice touch! It takes so little to make the guest welcome. After a while in our 2-queen suite the phone rang. It was Victoria, checking on us if everything was fine. Another sign of top-notch service you rarely experience even in fancier hotels. If I owned a property I would certainly want Victoria to be my front desk agent, I do hope she gets complimented for the great job she does. The 2-queen top floor suite was spacious, nice, clean and in good shape. It was facing away from the highway overlooking a residential neighbourhood, so it was very quiet. The whole property appeared very new, although there were some tear&wear marks, scratches and stains on the carpet in the corridors starting to appear. I hope they will be on top of them. I had to leave really early, before breakfast time, so I can't comment on this part of the stay. I often pass through El Paso and will gladly come again.

  A nice surprise

  Stayed here for 1 night. Have not been through El Paso in years, and the 375 East Loop is fairly new, and is so much better than taking the 10 through downtown El Paso. I highly recommended if you are going through. We decided to stay here on our return trip since we knew we wanted to take the 375 outer loop. This hotel seems fairly new, and the room was clean and amazingly efficient. The furniture and design was simple but functional, from the bench and hooks, to the lighting and use of space. Except for the door being EXTREMELY heavy (which is hard to open for a handicap person), and the window shade sides allowed light in (and our room faced the back and away from the freeway), this hotel was one of the nicest that we have stayed at in awhile. The beds were very comfortable, but they are high, they were hard to get up on, and my feet were at least 6 inches from the floor when sitting on the bed. The breakfast, which is included, was also the best we have had in a long time. Veggie omelettes, turkey sausage, and warm cinnamon rolls were just some of the wonderful offerings. The breakfast area was clean and nicely decorated, and there is also a very nice patio, but it was too chilly to enjoy it when we were there. Across the parking lot from the hotel is a Rudy's BBQ, but I do need to warn, drivers do not stop at the stop sign and drive dangerously fast on the connecting road. Overall though, we would stay here again.

  Great room, great price

  This was a great stay with a clean room, friendly staff, good price and many places to eat very close. Highly recommend staying here. Very easy access to get back on the road no matter which way you are going.
