  Les aconsejo este hotel, puesto que esta ubicado muy cerca del aeropuerto y de los principales tiendas de Duluth. El hotel es nuevo y su personal muy amable. Destaca su servicio de desayuno, café en el lobby y su gym. Mario

  Lost a night's sleep!

  Checked in was no issue, front desk was pleasant, knowledgeable and chatty. I booked through the IHG app which turned out to be a nightmare points-wise. Our room was fine. Housekeeping was terrible, our bed was barely made and the garbage was not taken care of. We had to call the front desk twice regarding the noise after 11pm! The male night clerk came up to our floor but the noise continued until 4am! I brought this to the attention of the front desk lady upon checkout and she issued the standard apology. Not thrilled with this property at all this trip!!

  Good service, hotel was clean,rooms were good size, clean comfy, and updated. The pool was good size and clean. Breaskfast was ok,considering Covid. Workout room was nice. Easy access and easy parking. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good place to stay.

  Nice Room and Stay w/Caveat

  Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Liked that the hotel was fairly new and clean, beds comfortable, hotel staff very nice. The only disappointing thing was the stain on the carpet in the middle of the room (#304), plus minor stains nearby ... looked like coffee or soda had been spilled and splattered. How can the hotel cleaning crews overlook this??? How much effort would it take to use spot remover to take care of this? It definitely detracted from the appearance of the room and the quality of the Holiday Inn name/brand. Cant figure out how to move a picture my husband sent to me to attach here, or I would include it. The hotel did not appear to be fully booked, so in retrospect I wish we had requested to be moved but we did not do that.

  Rooms not clean, staff was rude

  We paid more for a suite that they described as 2 bed rooms. Very deceiving because its just a hotel room with 2 beds and a pullout couch (one room)- not worth any more money than a regular room. The room appeared clean at first, but when we pulled open the table that pulled up for an extra tray, there were Cheerios inside. So much for the extra Covid cleaning. I had a front desk person that was so rude that I asked to see a manager- no manager on duty. I had started off mildly irritated, and her flippant and condescending responses got me to the point where I became irate, and even then, she still wanted to argue! Even after I asked to see a manager (who never contacted me). I wrote to the hotel and an IHG costumer service rep and still didnt get a response, so I dont think they are concerned. Very poor customer service at a time when hotels are struggling to get business. Weve stayed here in the past - we wont be staying again, nor will friends or family members.
