  Awesome service.Wonderful breakfast.Thanks to Damon B for the great service.Nice and friendly staffs. EXcellent customer service. I highly recommend this one.Quiet place to stay. Just 15 mins away to downtown.

  Very nice.

  We had a spacious, comfortable room. The hotel has been recently updated and feels new. I would definitely stay there again. Nice fitness center with newer equipment. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

  Great night stay

  Really great night's stay. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was also great for us, and even though there were issues with the keys, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again.

  Outstanding Staff

  The staff at this Holiday Inn made our stay most delightful. Everyone was efficient and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. We especially enjoyed Emma, who did a great job keeping the breakfast stocked and fresh. She was friendly and most efficient.

  Nasty pee stained covers

  Ok so i wasnt going to post this but my hand has been forced. My power went out about a month ago, so I went to the @holidayinn in Livonia, MI right on Schoolcraft. Everybody else was there too for the same reason, but they had 1 person working so even with my reservation it took about 45 min to check in. I purchased 2 rooms and if you are like me you remove the duvet cover because they are usually NASTY so I took it off only to find what looked like 2 pee stains on the cover inside the duvet. The light in the bathroom was also missing bulbs. I tried calling the front desk but got no answer. It was late so I threw all that stuff on the floor and just used the sheets. The next morning I went down to the front desk to be told there was no manager on duty. I was informed that the message would be sent to the general manager personally and she said that he has access to his messages so even though he was not there he would be made aware of my complaint. I also was introduced to the housekeeping manager and she informed me that her staff are unable to change bulbs and the maintenance man was on vacation oh lets not forget the ceiling tiles that had fallen and were wet right by the door. She apologized about the pee stains. Somehow I got tricked when booking online and I guess it was through a 3rd party which I was totally unaware and that is the reason the lady at the desk said that she could not credit me. But again the manager would reach out to me. I waited a couple days and then sent an email to Holiday Inn and they must have forwarded to the location because I received a response that apologized and then said please stay again from Livonia. I responded back and asked what they were planing to do to make this situation right along with the pictures you see here. There was no response. I again sent the email back to holiday inn corporate contact us and included the pictures of the pissy cover and the light and still no response. So here we are! So do not and I mean do not patronize this holiday inn location or any holiday inn because the corporation doesnt seem to care either as they have done NOTHING.
