  Comfort and breakfast needs attention !

  Checked in Halloween to spend time with the grandkids in Brantford ! Very nice looking hotel , front desk was very friendly and helpful ! Room was well appointed , clean and new ! The problem didn't start until bedtime ! After a wild evening with the grandkids we were looking forward to a relaxing evening at the hotel . Had a a 55 inch TV to watch a few shows which was great but the beds and the lounge chair we found very uncomfortable ! We stayed a second evening in order to meet up with friends for dinner , that evening was a Friday , so between uncomfortable beds and chairs we found that the walls were paper thin , the hotel was across from a Flying J Truck stop so it was back up horns all night , slamming doors on our floor at 3 AM , TV 's turned on at 4 AM So again no sleep ! Then breakfast , OMG , awful ! Folks here really need to work on hospitality , we travel all over North America , what is about Canadian Hotels , won't be staying here again !

  Nothing special RM 213?

  Stayed for one night. The building is new around 1 year old. Free parking, good wifi, good staff. The room is very bland. Typical European style. It's ok for a night but not much longer. Your beside a Tim Hortons, Wendy's, KFC. Right beside the hotel. It's located on the edge of Brantford . Industrial area 5 minutes from just about anything. Has a safe and a fridge. Coffee machine and ironing board

  Not Happy

  Went to book a room on Sep 6th at about 7:20am and the lady working the desk told me no room before 3pm unless I pay additional charges to the amount of the WHOLE cost of the previous night of which I never stayed.. WHAT?! Thats ridiculous. She said it was company policy. I just left and went elsewhere.

  Good Stay At A Fair Price

  My husband and I stayed at this property for 1-week while we were completing our house renovations. From the time we arrived until we checked-out, the experience was a positive one. Rita, who assisted me with the check in was so very polite and helpful. She showed great professionalism and made our check-in seamless. The room was very spacious and clean, and the linen and pillows on the king-size bed made for a very restful night's sleep. The room was adequately appointed with an office chair & desk so that I could continue working remotely (*free Wi-Fi is included with your stay), and the guest computers & printer in the main lobby- accessible to all guests- was helpful when my portable printer ceased to work! Due to Covid-19 restrictions--no fault of the property & all businesses have needed to make adjustments--some of their on-site amenities were closed (indoor pool, gym), and the breakfast option is now limited to a pre-packed to-go breakfast bags to reduce the potential spread of Covid. Still, it was nicely filled with individual milk, breakfast cereals, croissants/muffins, juice and Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich which we heated up in the microwave that was located in our room. The process was made very easy each morning: just head to the front desk each morning & you were greeted with a hello & breakfast bag! The manager was very helpful & professional the few times I interacted with him, and the staff keep this property very clean and very are very welcoming. For the price, location, and accommodations, it is a fair value and a property that I would easily recommend staying for a few days of business travels, a local family event where accommodations are needed, or on-the-go travel. Simply put, one must adjust their expectations for the price you are willing to pay based on the needs that you have. If you need a clean, spacious, comfortable property where you can get a good night's rest in a comfortable bed and in a safe environment with plenty of easy parking and easy access to simple local amenities (Tim Horton's, easy access to Highway), this property will suite your needs. If you are looking for a romantic or pampered get-away with amenities such as a massage spa, concierge entertainment service, hot breakfast with in-room dining service for all meals and other "luxury" amenities, this property will not meet your expectations- and you will most assuredly need to adjust your price-point expenditure to a level that would accommodate such expectations. For my experience and for what was paid: it was a good stay at a very fair rate.

  New hotel close to Hwy 403

  This hotel is almost brand new it looks . Stayed here recently nice lobby free parking pool was closed due to covid. Breakfast was to go because again covid. Room was spacious 2 beds and a pull out couch there was no bedding for the pull out that was unfortunate otherwise room was nice. Large tv nice bathroom. Nice room clean and comfortable. Fast food in the same parking lot. Ten minutes to downtown brantford. Lots of food options close by. Would return if needed to stay in the area again.
