Honorable or Not?Unlike the glowing reviews from others, our experience was a nightmare. Why, I have asked myself that question for days. I made a reservation a week in advance for 3 rooms for 3 nights, coming in to bury my father-in-law at Quantico National Cemetery. I was quoted a price, spoke several times to front desk clerks and assistant general manager during the week with concerns. They waited until we arrived, sleepless, exhausted from a 6 hour drive, to tell us they were not going to honor the original price. Why would you not call arriving guests or tell them such important information when speaking with them over the phone BEFORE they arrive???? Giving the option to agree to their prices or find other accommodations? They were very pleasant over the phone, but in person-extremely unprofessional and rude. The General Manager would not even leave his desk to come out and speak with me. Highly Unprofessional!! Needless to say, this wasn't my shining moment as well. I would never recommend this facility under this management. Especially not during a grieving period. They clearly need more training on ethics, empathy, dignity and respect.

Adequate, clean and convenientPROS: Our room was really nice. It's obvious they've recently updated the rooms b/c the baths had new tile, plumbing fixtures, etc. Beds are really comfy, big screen TV, great WiFi sufficient for streaming if you want. Has a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. OH and the breakfast which is included was really yummy. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. No OJ, but did have coffee and apple juice. CONS: We chose this hotel because online claimed there was a restaurant and bar here. As of May 2019, the bar and restaurant are permanently closed. Apparently, not worth the money to keep them open. Also, the common areas are currently under renovation, so . . . not so nice downstairs. As a consequence, we're sleeping here, but won't spend much time downstairs. A plus: free parking and a pool (which we didn't use). All and all, we'd stay here again, especially once the renovations are finished.

80th Birthday!I didn't stay at this hotel but, I helped set up for a birthday party I was to attend in a room that housekeeping didn't even bother to vacuum! One of us setting up had to go find a vacuum cleaner and take care of the mess. A staff member was sent in to set up a projection screen. He did so leaving it both wrinkled & crooked when he left. After trying to correct the problem ourselves, two of us there only to set up, had to take it down. We ended up projecting directly on the wall. Twice staff members brought to us "white" table cloths (some looked yellow), which had not been ironed or steamed (and maybe not even cleaned), & were sent away. As time ticked away, we had to settle for the dingy wrinkled cloths which were also way too big for the raggedy round tables. Thank goodness we had a great time despite the lazy staff. I don't think I would ever actually sleep here though. No, I'm sure I'd never sleep here.

Exceptional Value and ServiceDont pass this one by...great bang for your buck. The hotel has just undergone a complete renovation. The customer service from check-in to check-out was what I would like to experienced everywhere I go: welcoming, helpful, courteous and efficient. My room had anything I needed- plenty of outlets (electrical and USB, lots of lightning, work desk, luxurious sheets, comfortable bed, safe, Kuerig, mini refrigerator, and microwave. They do offer breakfast with your stay but there is also a Chick-Fil-A across the street. An all around superb experience and I would stay again. I highly recommended this hotel!

Could have been betterRight off 95 close to dining especially breakfast places. Plenty of parking. Exterior of building is what appealed to me as the front desk person said they just had a renovation. I believe it used to be a Holiday Inn. Anyway the lobby is very expansive and sort of cold looking/feeling. I was greeted promptly without much chit chat. Two elevators and I did see a decent looking outdoor pool. Covid time so no breakfast. They did offer something for breakfast if you wanted. Two quick and clean elevators. The reason for my less than desirable trip report was they put me on the 2nd floor out of 4 floors and right across from the elevators and ice machine/soda machine. Needless to say the walls were thin and I experienced a nights worth of ice machine noise and elevator traffic. It was not like the property was sold out or anything. Bathroom door was cheap and would not stay closed and when you did close it you woke the rest of the room. The door felt cheap. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room had noisy fridge and microwave so I unplugged the fridge to get some sleep. Theme of the night was noise I guess.
