  Sufficient, very convenient to DSM Airport

  I reluctantly booked here after reading many reviews. Must have been something going on because all of my preferred properties were close to sold out so they were super expensive and out of budget. I found the hotel to be pretty much on target with what others have said. The lobby area is really nice! But as soon as you get on the elevator you feel like youve gone back in time a little. The place is a convention center so the room layout is awkward, and for those with any kind of issues, beware that there are some short sets of stairs you may have to descend with luggage in order to get to your room. Probably not an issue on the first floor. The rooms are actually okay, except for the smell. Its just kind of a stale smell. Not terrible but not preferred either. The carpet in the room I stayed in on floor 2 actually looks new. Beds were fine and there was a good selection of pillows like at most other properties of this type, but even better. Everything in the room was spotless. There were plenty of charging outlets, and the lighting was good. There was a larger sized mini fridge, a microwave and a Keurig machine. AC unit was struggling a bit, but sufficient. Would stay again, but only if the other properties I like in the area were not available. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

  Very Comfortable Airport Hotel

  We enjoyed our stay here while waiting for our flight the next morning. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was very nice as were the pillows. The bathroom was small but adequate with a good shower and amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The "on demand" shuttle to the airport was exceptional with a great driver.

  Good 2 night stay

  I stayed here for two nights on my business trip to Iowa. I chose this location as it was exceptionally close to Des Moines Airport. Actually if the weather had been warmer, I could have walked from the airport to this hotel. However, since it was below freezing, I chose to take a shuttle. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and the pillows were good as well. The single cup Keurig coffee maker was a plus.

  Not more than a nihht

  This hotel is alright. The main atrium and everything that surrounds the rooms make this hotel even remotely worth it. The fitness center is really nice for a hotel and the pool area is better than most, but the rooms lack a lot of attention both in updates and cleanliness, the staff is lazy for the most part. Located right across the street from the airport with the ability to shuttle or leave your car behind for a fee. Ive stayed here many times but only when its an overnight to catch a plane..

  Cheap and excellent location hotel

  Excellent breakfast, good sleep, good room, nice location close to the airport, supportive crew, easy parking facility. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only complain is the old carpet in the corridors.
