  Hotel viejo, habitaciones no muy limpias

  En general es un viejo hotel al cual hace falta realizar mejoras sobre todo en las habitaciones ya que hasta el olor de las mismas no es el mejor. tiene una buena localización en el centro de columbus a un par de cuadras de la zona principal.

  Just Ok hotel with excellent bar and staff

  In town for a week long business trip I stayed on the 10th floor. The ice machine on this floor was broken the entire 6 days of my stay, the toilet in my bathroom was broken at the base bolts and would tip each time in use. Also, there was debris on the bathroom floor from what appeared to be a hole knocked in the ceiling. The Mens restroom downstairs by the conference rooms needed a good floor scrubbing as your shoes would stick to the floor. It was this way the entire week. Also, one-half of the sinks in the mens room were out of hand soap the entire week. Burger Theory was outstanding and the bar was open late each night which made for relaxing after long days in conference rooms very enjoyable and the staff was outstanding.

  Downtown but quiet area

  Stayed 2 nights in a 6th floor room facing rear parking lot,room was quiet away from the elevator,heater was a little noisey,bathroom was small but served its purpose. Has a resturant on property. Took the hotel shuttle several times Thomas the driver was awesome!!

  Terrible customer service

  I stayed at Holiday Inn for one night on June 27th and they made a hold on my credit card. However, the hold was never released and they actually charged my card. I have lost count how many times I have called the hotel to get it solved and get my money back for something they should not have charged me. Some of the times the front desk person was really rude and in several occasions they said that they would verify and call me back, which never happened. In the moments that I could talk to the manager (which was not easy since she is usually not there) she was actually nicer but did not solve the problem either. They keep saying that the amount is going to be refunded to my credit card, but I never got the refund. It has been more than a month since I stayed at Holiday Inn Columbus Downtown and I am still trying to get this refund. In summary, only stay at this hotel if you are willing to loose your deposit and spend time and patience trying to get it back without knowing when. So if you stay there, good luck.

  Bed Bug Hotel

  Checked in and found bed bugs. Immediately checked out. Front desk person took my telephone number and a promised phone call on Monday when the manager would be in. Never heard anything. Other options out there. This picture does not do justice jow gross it was. I should have known better when we watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot.
