  Muy buena opción

  Muy bien ubicado, cómodo, económico, servicio amable, varios restaurantes a solo minutos en auto, reservè este hotel porque no encontre lugar en el hotel sede del evento que asistí, sin embargo me quede muy satisfecho y regresaría sin problema.

  Okay stay

  Rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival We did notice cockroaches in every room and the maintenance was not able to get rid of them. Also we understand it was a vacation resort, but we constantly had kids trampling over the floor above us and aske to be moved, to which our request was never executed.

  Christmas in the Sun

  My family of 11 spend the week of Christmas at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort. We rented two units, each with two bedrooms and pull-out sofa. We were located in building 9 and had units 205 and 206. Unit 205 was a bit larger than 206, but it was also a little dirtier. We spent much time at the serenity pool and hot tub. it was about 40 steps from our accommodations. It was rarely crowded and kept clean. We would go to the larger pool and waterslide in the afternoon and my family spent a lot of time at the basketball hoop. The recreation center is clean and organized and they have classes for kids to participate in. We did a lot of walking around the resort and felt safe and everything had easy access. Our unit was on the second floor and there are units above and below. The units below are half subterraneous. We rented a vehicle and found that is was easy to get to places to shop or hike...we used Door Dash often, but also shopped for groceries and made our own meals. My ham and cheese sliders were a hit (:. We had an infant with us and getting the stroller up and down the steps was not a huge issue. We bought a play mat and put that on the living room floor for the infant to move around on. The staff was friendly and accomodating whenever we requested supplies or help. I would give this facility 4 stars.

  Loved this place,

  Had a 2 bedroom unit with a balcony. Balcony can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Unit is a good size. Master bathroom is spacious and had soap, shampoo, etc. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked several meals. Didnt get out and walk on the property. I usually do at most timeshares. Uber was needed because the resort is not near a major street. We rented a car after the 2nd day of our stay. Went to the Grand Canyon (about a 4 hour drive). Had been before but cant go to the Grand Canyon too many times (smile). Golf at a course in Phoenix. Would stay here again,

  Spacious, Clean, Great Pool Variety

  Our family of 4 stayed here last week and we were very pleased with the spacious villas and the overall cleanliness. The kitchen plates and silverware looked brand new, the fridge and freezer had obviously been cleaned well and the bathrooms were spotless. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our kids are little (5 and 7) and the full size bed in the second bedroom was small so we tried the pull out one night for our 7 year old and the blankets were not warm enough he said so he was cold all night. Ideally, 2 single beds in the second bedroom would be a game changer for families but having 2 bathrooms and an option for a living room pull out couch was really nice. Also, having 3 TVs in the villa was fun for the kids. The 4 pools were a huge hit for our kids who get bored quickly. We visited all 4 pools almost daily and we were happy to easily get chairs and see staff cleaning the pool areas. There was a good mix of families and retired couples, everyone very nice and respectful. We had to call for towels a couple of times but the service was always prompt and the staff were all very nice. They do supply pool towels. We requested the 3rd floor after reading reviews about noise and we were happy we did because we did not have any noise issues. The hotel location was close to CVS for anything we needed and we felt very safe and comfortable in the area. Nearest coffee shop we found was the coffee bean and tea leaf. We ate at the restaurant on site once and the service was fast and the food was great. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.
