  OaK' n Spruce Resort in Berkshires.

  Great location. Very clean. Family friendly. Open pools. With Covid, it operates at limited capacity. Pools and arcade require preliminary reservation. Butternut ski area, the closest, is 15-20 min drive. You need to buy lift tickets online as they are limited due to Covid.

  Clean spacious unit, perfect vacation during COVID

  The resort was wonderful, the unit was updated, clean and spacious. Plenty of towels for the week. We had no issues. Staff was great in helping us figure out what to do on the days we were not skiing (almost everything is closed in the area - museum and entertainment). Their recommendations were spot on. We had a great vacation.

  Covid19 style getaway meant two affordable units and lots of outdoor snowshoeing, yaktrakking, cross country skiing, indoor pool and downhill skiing. My son and wife stayed in a separate 1 bedroom fully equipped two story unit across the parking lot. They loved it and the wifi worked great so they stayed the whole week. My husband and I stayed in 812 for two weeks just to avoid cabin fever. The TV has spectrum and includes hbo and showtime. The woodsy setting is beautiful. The beds are dreamy. Kitchen has everything. Two bathrooms. By the way, I am going to be a grandma. So some good things did come out of covid.

  Great mini-vacation during COVID!

  I've been hesitant to go anywhere because of COVID, and this was a wonderful first trip away, and so needed! The units were clean and well-maintained. Where we stayed there were 4 units in one building and we never ran into anyone else coming or going. The pool and arcade were open, but had to be reserved, allowing for plenty of space for social distancing and cleaning between parties. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed! The staff was incredible, so welcoming, friendly and helpful! We booked late so there wasn't an option for skiing or snowtubing, but there was plenty to do on the property, we brought snow shoes and walked around the wooded hiking trails, which were beautiful and went sledding about 8 minutes away at Monument Mountain high school. I highly recommend staying here!

  Clean but Dull

  This resort is close to alot of the ski resorts, hiking trails and towns we wanted to visit. The unit was a good size and clean but in serious need of an update. Do not plan on doing much cooking in the kitchen while you are there in that the kitchen lacks counter space and is outdated. Also, bring a make up mirror with lights because the lighting in the master bath was horrible. Lastly, the heating system in the unit was very loud and kept us up at night.
