  Just An Ok Place...

  I keep it short. Facility: - These spaces are situated on the golf course, there is literally a hole in the back, so do not plan to hang out out back - the courtesy bbq grills are in front so you have to contend with traffic if you need to walk back and forth. - The space is adequate. _The layouts are quirky. _ There are many regular hotel suites that a better; recommend searching before booking here. - Parkin is also adequate - not enough spots close to the doors. - Kitchenette in each room. Location: (be sure to see the attachment I added for true location) - This place location just sucks, stink, funky - all the bad location descriptions. - There is zero (0) food options for purchase at this facility. So be prepared to rollout for every meal or cook every meal - we did not go on this mini vacation to cook. Not going to waste much more of my and your time; so I will conclude with - Lake Geneva is a ok place, not much at all to do unless you are going for a specific reason.However, I cannot recommend staying here. One last thing; at/after check in and you drive off to the ACTUAL Holiday part of the facility you will quickly understand that you are 2nd class citizens or you just feel like you are in the quarters of the workers of an 17th century plantation. just pick a hotel that is actually located in town.

  Nice Room & Good Stay

  The room had a sanitized seal on the door and the rooms were clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had a balcony which overlooked a hole on the golf course. There were two rooms with a bath. There was a TV in each room with a DVD/Blu-Ray player in the living room. The kitchenette had smaller-sized frig, stove and dishwasher with a full sized microwave, but it was lacking any sort of sharp knife. The desk had power for computer and chargers but no dining table, only a coffee table. The pool and hot tub were clean and nearby. We had a problem with the washer one evening and a serviceman was there within 30 minutes. Since he could not fix it that evening, the front desk offered us a different room or a repair first thing the next morning. We selected the service and the repairman called, was there by 8:30 and gone by 9 AM. Excellent service and a Good Stay!

  Very comfortable.

  We stayed three nights in a one bedroom villa. The space was very clean and the furnishings seemed new and were in great condition. There was a TV in the living room and bedroom. We asked for additional supplies twice and they were brought quickly. They had a very easy texting system where you could send a text with any questions or requests. This worked nicely! The power went out a couple of times during our stay, likely due to high winds. Through the text system I was able to learn they were already working with the power company. While staying here you have access to the Grand Geneva, which is beautiful. We ate at the Chop House and another more casual restaurant, got coffee and desserts at the cafe, sat in the bar adjacent to the Chop House, and sat outside by the fire table. Everything was clean and beautiful. Staff was always friendly in all departments. We had a guided nature tour with Michael which was a lot of fun and very educational! We had a wonderful time in beautiful surroundings.

  Missed the mark

  I booked this timeshare excited as I have stayed here before. Much to my dismay the unit is not what I expected rather it is an ADA compliant room that is unnecessary. Besides the fact that I am basically the last room on the property, in ADA room is accessible for wheelchair needing people. Therefore, kitchen counters are shorter, silverware is in a lower cabinet, I cannot wash a bowl in the mini bar size sink, there is no luxury bathtub rather a roll in shower. While the Holiday Inn club has many vacancies, RCI cannot manage customer service efforts to move me to a suitable room. With a 25 year plus RCA member I am very disappointed. More to say but running out of space ...

  Not santized?

  We took luggage to car, returned to room to double to see if got everthing, we weren't gone more than 5 minutes. We had not checked out, still had 45 mins. They changed the code on our door and posted a note "WELCOME HOME! THis villa has been inspectd and cleaned! They didn't have time to change the bed. Dishwasher was still running, they could not have put dishes away. If you go here, take you bleach and Lysol!
