  bueno como toda la cadena

  buen hotel comodo limpio se encuentra cerca del centro comercial del siux falls que es una ciudad muy grande . Dentro de las opciones mas economicas es una muy recomendable ya que el trato del personal es muy bueno

  Great stay

  I stayed here two nights for business. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful every time I had a question. My room faced the clock tower and river which was lovely. I enjoyed hearing the hourly chimes throughout the day. My bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The WiFi worked well except for a few peak times when it seemed slow. The bathroom was very small and yet it had great storagebetter than many hotels in which Ive stayed. I was a little concerned to see earplugs among the amenities. I did end up using them to muffle hallway noise as well as the train horn which seemed to be pretty frequent. Using them I did have a great nights sleep. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good and my server was wonderful. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, near the falls and Phillips St which has cute shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

  Low end - Warning

  My husband chose the hotel on this trip. Mistake. Front desk clerk NOT very friendly or welcoming. We were hoping we would have the same experience as we did with the holiday inn and Keystone South Dakota, which was fantastic. Rooms are dated & small, dark, popcorn ceiling. Our room was on the third floor and until 2:30 AM had people yelling, running, talking loudly and slamming doors in the hallway. Management did nothing. I highly recommend looking for somewhere else to stay when visiting Sioux Falls.

  Clean & Close To Everything Downtown

  Booked this hotel for one night after flying in to FSD to start our South Dakota vacation. The room was clean and the location can't be beat since the downtown attractions of the Arc of Dreams and Falls Park were within easy walking distance. Plenty of dining choice also within walking distance and I recommend the Phillips Avenue Diner which is only a few blocks away. The price was right since I was able to book the room on Hotwire for $60 and with the daily hotel fee of $13.50, the total of just over $74 for the night was a good deal considering it was a Saturday night over the Labor Day weekend. Excellent deal, room, and location.

  Good Location, good price, but bad Covid Response

  We wanted a downtown location where we could walk to the nearby breweries/restaurants and this fit the bill. They had plenty of free parking, the WiFi worked well and the price was reasonable. The room was clean and beds standard. Im not sure the point of the $13.50 resort fee as this is far from a resort. I personally feel this amount should be buried in their rates as its tacky to charge extra while not providing anything for this fee. We visited this hotel during Covid and felt their policies needed some work. At least the workers were wearing masks, but they had no standards on social distancing such as markers on the ground or signs reminding guests of it and none of the guests respected it either. We were forced to wait for 5 elevators before it cleared out enough where we could ride alone...In fact a maintenance worker sabotaged one of our waits without asking if we minded if he rode up with us. We deferred it to him as it was clear he didnt care about the virus nor respect that others might. I did like that the TV remote was in a baggie thats presumably changed out for each guest. This was South Dakota so our expectations were tempered with how they would be handling Covid concerns, but our stay at a competing chain in Rapid City showed that this hotel, and quite possibly Holiday Inn in general, could be doing much, much better. For example other chains had floor stickers showing 6 feet waiting distance and elevator etiquette signage as well. These should be simple fixes for Holiday Inn should they care to do so. If youre looking for a hotel downtown and Covid doesnt concern you this is a good choice; if you are concerned with Covid I would look elsewhere or hope theyve improved.
