  Great surprising stay!

  Let me tell you. This holiday in has it right. Havent stayed in a Holiday in for a while. Check in was quick and easy. Lady was extremely nice. Lobby was very clean. Room was very clean. Beds very comfortable. They are on the firm side but, very comfortable. Bath room was also very clean and plenty of towels. Room had refrigerator, microwave, and Keurg coffee maker. Very nice indeed. Plenty room for putting cloths away. Desk in room and a lot of plug ins which is mice. On each headboard too. I would recommend this place to anyone. Didnt find anything wrong. Can not comment on steakhouse. We didnt have a chance to go. We were there for a wedding and dinner.

  Beautiful hotel, looks brand new

  We stayed one night over the weekend. Extremely friendly desk clerk. The room was spacious and very nice. It looks like it just opened, but we were told it is four years old. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

  Nice place to stay

  Stayed there for business and it was a clean hotel but couldnt get the heat to work properly in either room. For business I will stay again because I dont have to pay for it. The food at the restaurant was ok not as great as others told me. The staff is nice

  Excellent Place!

  I had a church conference there and had the most amazing time. The conference hall is huge and super well kept. The rooms are in tip top shape and well cared for. The customer service is out of this world. One person who stands out is that beautiful soul Victoria at the front desk. She took care of me when I got stuck at the airport and arranged a ride for me after hours. May Jesus seriously bless you sister! Overall exceptionally great place to stay and dine!

  NEVER AGAIN!!!!

  Lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. Our room had an open tuna can between the bed and wall. Everything was dusty. We went down to the restaurant and the lady that sat us was the same lady at the front desk. Again, very rude. She said, "Just so you know, your time limit in the restaurant is 90 minutes." What!? I'm not sure if this is some kind of Covid implemented rule, but it made no sense. We made a reservation and had every right to be there as long as it took us for our family to eat. Giving a "time limit" has no impact on the spread of Covid 19. Of course there would be no way we would've stayed that long anyway, but it was very off putting and uninviting. We were in room 233, and the room right next to us was having a HUGE party, people congregated outside the room, talking, laughing, screaming, running up and down the halls, hitting the walls, blasting music late into the morning. Us and the other rooms around us called multiple times to complain, but it never stopped. I couldn't believe it, I never thought we would have that problem at a Holiday Inn. My two small children got no sleep, crying and screaming the whole night. The adults got no sleep either. It was a terror. We will never ever be back. Stay away. Beth Williams
