  A nice place in town for weekend getaway

  Just had a really pleasant stay in holiday inn cikarang. We're offered an upgraded room with balcony without additional charge and also free lunch/ dinner voucher. Cleanliness and standard health protocol is good. Need 20 minutes waiting for dinner to come, the food tastes so so. But overall we're very pleased. Thank you holiday inn cikarang.

  Amazing staycation!!

  Good : Friendly service, delicious breakfast, clean swimming pool, Bad : bathroom near swimming pool is dirty, no hanger inside changing room, maybe next time can improve with additional hanger for dry cloth Overall is good for 1 night stay cation

  Nice & comfort stay

  5 star service for 4 star hotel.. The food at the delizio restaurant is so good.. The restaurant staff really welcome and helpful.. You should try their spaghetti.. Never disappointed.. But too bad, The quality of their omelette is not as good as before.. Their breakfast omelette was one of my favourite.. However their other food still the best..

  Short break staycation

  Beautiful hotel that is located in Jababeka area. This hotel are strictly following standard healthy protocol. So guests don't have to be worry to stay in there. When I arrive at reception desk, Ms. Dara handled me. She is nice and polite. Good job! Then, she told me, that I got free upgrade to room with bathtub. And she also offered me to join IHG member. What a nice service, thanks Holiday inn! I got a spacious room with big bed. All room amenities and facilities are well maintained, clean, and tidy. I tried hotel facilities. The first one is, hotel in room massage facilities. Therapist are nice and polite. And the second one is fitness center. Fitness equipments are complete, compared with the others hotel surrounding. Breakfast are complete and tasty. Check out time is well handled by Mr. Sam. The proccess is fast. Overall I had a nice stay experience. Definetely will come back soon.
