  Quality room , lighting issues

  A well priced hotel that is very clean and we would for sure stay here again. There is a breakfast with a slight up-charge. Large lobby and many many meeting rooms for events. I would have given 5 stars but there is a lighting issue where the bathroom lights would turn off. We called front desk and were told something about the fire marshal required the lights run a certain way and a door had to be closed to trigger the lights to turn on. Confusing but the hotel worked for our needs.

  Terrible customer made check in a longer process for me, great supervisor!!

  I walked to check in around 7pm. I walked into a guest screaming at the young lady at the front desk. The lady's t the desk apologized to the guest three times and then she said she could call and find out the correct information. So I waited a bit to be checked in and sat down. About 10 minutes passed and the woman screamed profanity at the lady and walked out. As I approached the desk she apologized to me for the long wait and started the process with me and throughout the whole check in she had a smile and was very friendly! Her name is dafaniey. Very professional even after dealing with a tough guest! Bar was great and so was the food! I loved Bob he's a bar tender! I will definitely be coming back for the great service!

  Friendly And Efficient Service

  Daphne at the front desk provided fast and efficient service. I was recognized as an IHG Member, told about how to earn points and was offered a choice of amenities!! The only downside is you should have security stand at the desk at all times..I witnessed a guest getting aggressive towards this young lady and that made me feel uncomfortable. Someone should be there to help monitor the situation.

  This place is amazing and staff is wonderful! I love a great hospitality and Mrs Kyla Palmer at the front desk exudes this! My wife and i recently stayed here and everything was wonderful from the location to the shuttle to the modern room and comfy beds! Breakfast was delicious with Martha also!!!

  Hope you know how to speed shower...

  Parts of Hotel were recently renovated...looks great. Beds were comfy but beware if you want to use the bathroom for anything. A new feature that was installed is an energy saving motion detecting power cut off for the lights....its on the light switch as you come in the room. Was not told about this feature when we checked in, nor was there any note in the room letting us know about it. Found out on our own and was a bit surprised to discover this while using the bathroom and the lights went dark. Called front desk and they explained how to over-ride it. We followed the given directions to no avail. Called again and this time spoke to the manager. He said this was the first time he had heard anyone having a problem with the energy saving system and said he would send up his engineer who has worked here for 11 years. The gentleman did arrive in a timely manner, but upon inspection told my husband that nothing else could be done to fix the issue. We stayed in room 319. So beware this room if you want to jump in the shower, take a bath, or need to sit for a bit in the bathroom....and no-one else is in the entryway in order to move around every 9 minutes for you to keep your lights on in the bathroom ....you will find yourself in the dark if you cannot accomplish what you need to in under 10 minutes before the lights go out.
