  Muy buen hotel

  Me encantó el hotel. Tiene todo y más. El desayuno muy completo. La cama comida y la atención de todo el personal muy cordial. Frente a un shopping (cruzando la calle). El baño con excelente presión de agua, cosa que se valora mucho más cuando se estuvo todo el día caminando por las calles de la hermosa Bursa.

  Brilliant & amazing property that should be given 5*

  My Review of Holiday Inn Bursa City Center: OUTSTANDING hotel in Bursa center....professional and quick check-in, 5* finish and facilities, ultra modern interior and very very clean....everybody from front desk to the concierge to the waiter spoke perfect english...the restaurant food, the portions and the service is better than competing 5* class hotels..!!...we were blown away that a Holiday Inn can be this amazing...the tourism board of bursa should grant them 5* status...!!....dont bother booking anywhere else..!!...an amazing job..well done..!!

  Visiting Bursa

  In time of Pandemic, probably the best hotel I have stayed, respecting all security measures. Hotel is situated in city center, close to shopping center, good restaurants and walkable positioned to city popular destinations. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good and served by very kind staff. I would especially note kindness of Makfire Albayrak. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

  Poor heating

  The rooms heating is very poor. The building is new but heating system is not running well. You freeze at night and nobody can solve the problem. Cheap engineering is the cause. I would never stay here again specially in winter.

  Great location and fabulous rooftop

  So I did have some issues but they have been dealt with and rectified so I wont be letting these reflect my score. Location- Absolute fantastic location you have the shopping mall over the road with multiple food places and shops to browse. You also have the bus stops over the road to take you to the town centre etc. We actually walked from the Metro to the hotel and it was just a 5-7 minutes walk. We actually made our way only using public transport from Istanbul. Rooms- I really liked the rooms they were large enough and cosy, bathrooms good but walk in shower would be better as the bath tubs a bit old school. Beds were super comfy and bedding good. Cleaning- Rooms cleaned every day towels changed and replaced with fresh ones. Food- I really didnt like the breakfast in fact I would say it lets down the hotel. Coffee machine not working our entire stay no hot chocolate despite advertised. Doesnt cost much for a coffee machine and it would do them miles better having one. But as this was refunded its not actually reflected in my review score as I have now not paid so I think its only fair to leave it out of the scoring. The rooftop is fabulous to watch sunset with a Turkish tea. FYI the Turkish tea is a food price at the hotel. I would visit again but skip breakfast.
