  Me atendió una chica muy simpática en español llamada Andrea que me dió indicaciones de la mejor forma de ir a Birmingham desde el hotel. El hotel dispone de un shuttle que te lleva a la estación gratuitamente con salidas entre media hora y una hora dependiendo de que hora sea. Los conductores del shuttle también son muy simpáticos y serviciales.

  Me alojo en este hotel por cuestiones de trabajo unas 10 noches al mes. El hotel está genial, y el trato del personal es inmejorable. Puedo decir que me encuentro como en casa. Siempre vengo por cuestiones de trabajo, pero es un sitio al que vendría con mi pareja o familia. Tienen shuttle gratuito al aeropuerto.

  Amazing staff!

  I've been staying at the hotel since April & I can not fault the place. The room is large & fully equipped with a fridge, safe, ironing board & small seating area, the super king size bed is one of he comfiest I've slept in! Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the rooms are not cleaned or laundered on a daily basis, but fresh towels, bedding, toiletries etc are available on a trolley on every floor & extra tea or coffee is provided upon request. All of this was explained upon check in & I actually found it quite reassuring that I would be the only person going in & out of my room. The gym & pool are great, again safety measures are in place in the form of booking system, with only limited numbers allowed in the gym at one time. Hand sanitiser is readily available throughout the public areas & guests are reminded to wear masks within these areas. The best thing about this hotel are the staff, polite, friendly & professional. Jamie, Rupesh, Mo, Amy & the rest of the team continue to go above & beyond & nothing is too much trouble especially when it comes to food! I'm vegetarian & quite a picky eater & on more then one occasion the the chef & his team have made me something not listed on the menu, & completely from scratch. I would highly recommend this hotel & look forward to visiting again in the future.

  Nice rooms.

  We stayed for just one night and got the chance to try the newly refurbished rooms and were very impressed with them.clearly the hotel is using these tough times to invest a lot of money into improving the business.there is a lot of building work going on but it wasnt a problem at all.the hotel had done everything possible to make it COVID secure with plenty of sanitisers visible.room was very clean and the staff all very friendly.had read some comments about noise from the airport and although our room overlooked the airport we had no trouble sleeping, dont understand people who book an airport hotel then complain about noise.overall a good stay and we look forward to seeing the hotel after all the improvements are finished.

  Enjoyable stay

  I stayed at this hotel again three times now in January and many weeks in 2020. Like everyone else the hotel is experiencing difficult times due to Covid and therefore the full facilities cannot be made available due to restrictions. Having said that the testament to my experience of staying here is that I keep going back. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They have refurbished a large number of the rooms over the last few months and the new rooms are very comfortable, good size, and well equipped. The hotel offers a good menu at reasonable prices although currently due to covid you do have to eat in your room. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future and look forward to it. Thank you to all the staff, especially Vitesh and Mo who always go out of their way to accommodate what at times can be last minute requests. This is a good value hotel, ideally situated next to Birmingham Airport and the NEC and has close links to the Rail and motorway networks. Thank you.
