  great stay

  We had driven for 14 hours and were exhausted. Our RV trip out west was a disaster with breakdowns and broken foots. We stopped and stayed one night, and it was wonderful. Miranda behind the desk went above and beyond to help us! The pool was an oasis for the kids! Saved the vacay! Next time we may just spend a vacation in Austin instead! Restaurant was great too.

  Very Friendly and Clean

  We traveled from Chicago and stopped in Austin. The Holiday was conveniently located near the interstate. We were pleased with the ladies at the check-in. They were neat, clean and friendly. In addition they adhered to all covid-19 requirements that make me and my family feel safe. We inquired about a place for Italian food for our dinner and got a good recommendation. I will certainly come back next time I come through this area. Miranda and Karli are to be commended

  Amazing experience

  We were in the area for a 2 day race in Lansing at Chateau Speedway. We were traveling with my parents and requested conjoining rooms. Upon checking in we were not provided connecting rooms as they did not have 2 rooms connecting with the bed selection I made on hotels.com. I mentioned this to Victoria and Kylah (the front desk employees) when filling out paper work and they worked diligently to get us 2 connecting rooms. They also worked to get us a location that was easily accessible for my mother who was traveling with us. The hotel was very clean, and I felt very safe considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The pool area was very enjoyable. I greatly enjoyed the kiddie pool area for my 3 year old. The hot tub was very warm which was pleasant. Only complaints are there was not a place to put the used pool towels so people had them just laying on the floor. Also, the layout of the main pool is difficult as there are no steps to get in and out, there are only 2 ladders. Overall we will definitely stay here again when in the Austin area.

  I appreciate the inviting hospitality from Aubree, Kylah, Victoria & Kylah! Its been a pleasure staying every time. It makes me want to come back time & time again. Keep up the good work! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

  Not the best, but also not the worst

  We stayed here for a funeral in the middle of a much of covid restrictions. While I know it wasnt the hotel's fault, we were really bummed that the pool was closed as we were traveling with kids and getting energy out is key. The beds were as hard as a rock, so if you like extra extra firm beds, this place is for you! The front staff was friendly. I know housekeeping isnt coming in much during stays but while we were there restaurants were under take out only. That is a lot of trash in your room, would have been nice to have that taken out every now and again.
