  Por trabajo impecable estadía

  El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a un minuto de la autopista 400, en una zona que a 5 minutos posee todos los comercios conocidos y restaurantes. El hotel es limpio, está bien cuidado, la atención es buena, el desayuno aceptable y principlamente, no tienen problemas en recibir paquetes de compras por internet. Para lo que ofrece podría ser un diez, simplemente no usé la mayor calificación porque la guardo para experiencias únicas, y con algunos lujos. Es hotel es perfecto para estadías laborales, no diría para vacaciones simplemente porque la zona no es para vacacionar, pero podría ser muy útil también.

  Great fun!

  Very pleased with the activities, supervision, and safety procedures compared with other similar places. Facility was clean, well organized, and contained numerous places for parents to watch their children. Even the food was acceptable and fairly reasonably priced. Spoke with the manager who was doing an excellent job.

  A FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT WILL IMPRESS AND AMAZE - LARGE GROUPS BOOK HERE!!

  As a professional event planner, I have experience with hotels through the U.S. in large cities under all brands. And, this property ranked among the best I have ever worked with! The group I was hosting here had every room in the hotel and all the amazing event space booked for our use. We hosted 2 days of banquet events that encompassed morning, day, and night. From a planner perspective, it doesn't get any more complicated and this hotel and it's gracious team of professional staff members aced every moment. I will take the time below to mention some of these staff members and their contributions to the success of the event. These examples are why you should consider this review as sound advice from a professional planner that booking with these folks is one of the best decisions you will ever make and you should look no farther in planning. 1. The Building: Travelling as much as I do, I have seen properties from newly renovated masterpieces to places that I left and refused to sleep or work under the conditions therein. This recently renovated property was so well maintained that I was in awe of the attention to detail put forth by the maintenance staff. We arrived well before our group was to check in and observed them painting, washing, and putting on the final touches for our event...WOW! And, when we needed lighting mounted in the pre-function area...they provided their staff for installation. THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN. Every room was clean and ready for check in and not 1 guest out of over 200 complained or had to be moved due to lack of cleanliness or functionality So, hat's off to the maintenance and housekeeping teams for a job well done!! 2. The Leadership: I must say that I was treated like the newly crowned king of the hotel by the leadership team to the point of feeling guilty for doing so much that I normally have to do myself as the planner and not rely on the hotel. Rajiv (GM) is a true gentleman of the hospitality business. Exceptional service begins with high expectations. And, the management runs this property in the style of a fine 5 star hotel. The professionalism and performance of the staff and management is obviously a result of the no nonsense get it done attitude that originates from the top. 3. The Sales Team Varna & Jessica were amazing! Coordinating rooms and banquets for this complicated event were organzed so well that it made this normally very stressful change for a planner, seamless and also enjoyable. Great job adapting and taking on a huge effort and delivering above expectations. Steed (Front Desk Mgr) was the go to for a fast response and is obviously highly trained in the hotel's reservation and room blocking system. He was always by the phone when I needed updates and changes to reservations and was lightning fast in his response and accurate! This was topped off by a friendly reception, positive attitude and a pleasant customer experience with every interaction. 4. Banquet / Bars / Restaurant: This event included 3 banquets with bars service, breakout sessions, 2 brunches, dinners, catering, and countless set-up and resets of the event space. THEY CATERED TO EVERY NEED FLAWLESSLY! Fellow planners...raise your expectations of venues. Apparently it can be done! Special thanks to the best servers, bartenders, cooks, and banquet leadership team in the business. Shapour (Food & Beverage Director) deserves special recognition for making it all happen and his team including premier bartenders Nancy, Christa, Craig & Nalllany (ALL BEST BARTENDERS EVER) along with David & Jose, who kept the food coming out of the kitchen and to our guests with courteous service. Carlos (Banquet Services) was vital to this entire effort and worked almost 24 hours per day for 3 days on set-up and break down. 5. Front Desk: The service and reception was A+++ from the moment we walked in the door. Our check in experience for over 100 rooms was also flawless thanks to an amazing team including Steed, Dan, Alex, & Racquel! This is a long review. But, a professional planner reads it all and at this point, you should know to book here!

  Nice 1 nights stay

  We stayed at this hotel 1 night. Checked in late at around 11pm on Saturday, Feb 22nd 2020. Check in was a breeze. Found our room with no problem. We were on the bottom floor, room 155. I had already prepaid the room in advance but still they put a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. Room was clean and nice. Beds weren't my favorite. They were very short for queen beds and my husband's feet hung almost off the bed? And, he isn't really all that tall, and we have a queen bed at our house so not sure on these supposed queen sized beds? We did have 2 different comfort of pillows, soft and firm. The shower head the next morning was broken, had good water pressure but water went all in the floor outside of the shower because of the broken shower head, no worries we just used towels and cleaned it up. We do not like the type of mirrors around the sink area in this hotel, maybe we are picky but when it comes to putting in your contacts using this mirror it's awful! Blurry and just hard to see with the glow around the outside of the lighting. This wasn't our favorite of hotels but not our worst. We'd probably stay somewhere else if ever in the area again.

  Average...good for the price

  Stayed at this hotel unexpectedly due to business. Check in was fast and efficient. It appears that the lobby was renovated, the rooms...not so much. Upon entering the room, there was a strong odor that slightly irritated my nose. I realized there was a plug in located in the socket. I quickly removed it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I received a really good rate on the room because I am a IHG member. With that being said, I probably will not stay again unless I received a good rate.
