  Good value. Friendly staff.

  Good value for a skiing holiday. Good location near piste and lift. Nice ski area. No waiting. Friendly staff. Food ok, but standard reflects the low cost. They did not open for breakfast before 8.00, and dinner before 19.30. Room was ok size and clean.

  Super friendly

  Second time in this hotel... fourth trip to Sauze... This is a ronseal hotel... it does what it says it will do on the tin! It's very clean Super friendly Not expensive It's comfortable Food is pleasant enough and lots over 4 courses in the evening. GREAT LOCATION... Spa is well equipped .. extra 20 e a day per person Massages are excellent value for money. Downside The food is basic... but nice enough and well cooked The location is a bit noisy at night... I used ear plugs and was fine after that.... it's very close to noisy bars... as a lot are in Sauze. For the money... it's great!

  Good hotel, ideally positioned for the lifts

  Firstly,remember how much you paid to stay at this hotel. Its not spectacular but it is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly. It's very good value for money. The rooms were cleaned every day and clean towels were always provided as well as beds made etc. The rooms are adequate. We had one that backed onto the Ghost bar and if you're a family who dont want to listen to revellers until the early hours, it wouldnt be for you. We werent in that catagory so it didnt really bother us. The only small downside I could mention about the rooms is that the over bath shower was positioned at the level for a 7 year old! A proper shower unit would make all the difference. The hotel bar is quite large and has plenty of seating areas. For the whole week we were there we only saw possibly half a dozen other people in the bar - Until the day we left (Sunday) when it was changeover day and people arrived around 12pm but couldn't check in to 2.30pm - Then the bar was rammed! The staff were always willing to help even if some of their English wasnt great. This is one of the nearest hotels to the Clotes lift and that is a massive plus point. It's also in the heart of the village so all the bars / restaurants are literally a stones through away. As far as I'm aware, the hotel has its own boot room although we always stored ours at the ski hire shop. Regarding food, we only stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Bread,meat, cheese, eggs, cereals etc. There was plenty of it so no complaints there. It was always busy in the evening for dinner but I can't comment on the quality of the food. There is a spa / sauna within the hotel and whilst it looked great, we never actually used it so can't comment on it. Also, heard its 20 Euro a go. Also, hotel has free wifi but it's not that great. Not the hotels fault, the whole village doesnt have great wifi and if you try and use it at peak times when everyone else is using it, it's a bit hit and miss. Overall, I was pleased with my overall experience at this hotel and would return.

  A Caring hotel

  We went to Sauce should a big family for a ski-week. The rooms are charming, the beds are comfortable and the four dishes dinners were also something to look forward to. Thank you Sonia and all of the personal. We were so well taking care of, seeing our needs.

  Ronseal hotel ( does what it says it will do)

  Comfort ... ok. Clean yes Friendly yes Food ok Price very good value for money Location brilliant Comfort Bedrooms are very basic, sleep ok, some noise fro local bars late at night... but you expect that in Sauze. Clean , room made up every day, can't knock the hygiene... Staff are very helpful and genuine, can't fault them at all. Food. Breakfast is basic, cheese and ham.. boiled egg, fresh fruit, hot rolls cereals and yogurt.. team and coffee as well as squash and bottled water. Dinner 4 course meal Start with a buffet The a pasta dish Then a main... a simple dish pork chop and mash for Instance Then a choice of desert. You order your meal from a daily menu at breakfast. For the money it really is good value. Location just at the end of the main run into town... spot on! Top tip... bring your own tea bags if you like a nice brew.
