  Awesome weekend

  We spent the weekend there and had all we needed for a very relaxing weekend. The room / small house is very convenient, clean, and the area is very calm. Staff was very professional, and the beach is 50 meters away. We will go back again, for scuba diving as well.

  Holiday Beach Resort is an economical motels that are next to beach and rooms are spacious and you get a mini kitchen as well. All amenities are like a hotel but with this you get to park your car infront of your room, can access to beach whenever you want and can order food and drinks from housekeeping on phone. What i like the most in here is they are simple motels, nothing luxurious but beautiful simple space you get to relax. You can even do BarBQ outside your room. Only problem is, they don't have much options of drinks and desserts and main course and their Pillows were like rocks and bed was as hard as floor so I would recommend atleast you take your own pillows.

  Great infrastructure. Worthless food. Poor service.

  Family with two kids stayed for three nights on all inclusive basis. The rooms are spacious, many with clear view of the sea. This property was closed for a couple of years and reopened last year under a new management. This is a small property with around 40 rooms/apartment of one and two rooms. Most rooms are refurbished but the beach bar and the pool bar were inoperative. The main bar and the only restaurant were operative but in need of refurbishment. No staff was available in the bar most of the times and we had to either shout out loud or walk upstairs to the restaurant to call someone down. No beach bar, so again walk till the restaurant to order for beverages. The property is more suitable for budget customers who prefer to drive to nearby town shops to buy meals or are interested in barbecuing their own dinner. The meals in the restaurant were horrible and worthless. Cheap frozen items reheated and served. Very limited choice in the menu. The chef was new and he tried his best to serve us better with the cheap ingredients he had at his disposal and we appreciated him and his team for that. But by the end of the third day we were no more able to eat the cheap meals. This was certainly not an all inclusive resort as had been marketed to us. The best surprise was that after buying the all inclusive stay vouchers from a discount website we found cheaper rates displayed at the reception. The General Manager honestly accepted the shortfalls. He tried to make up by a room upgrade and complimentary stay for one child above 6 years. But the overall experience was pathetic. This is a budget 2 star beach resort so dont expect or pay for more than that and be ready to look around for meal outside the resort.

  QUAINT LOVELY NICHE RESORT

  If ever you need to have peace and a great relaxing place,,.It's Holiday Beach Resort!! The chalets are just few steps away form the beach and what more ? You have the mountains in the background! Making your own BBQ with the beach ambience what more can you ask for!!! We enjoy grilling and this time attempted making a Biryani on woodfire!! Awesome experience ... just like our parents would have encountered in the good old days! All The staff are polite and do their best to assist to the ability they can!. Sathish -The Resort GM is always open for any suggestions for improvement and listens patiently! Sajan -Supervisor makes every attempt each time to get us our most wanted favorite Chalet! He is very helpful and friendly too. Jean and Leiden- Our 2 favorite Counter staff are so helpful and do keep checking for availability if ever we are waitlisted and follow up ardently. Not forgetting Mohammed too. Each and every staff makes our stay memorable each time and going back each time feels like going back to our very own little Holiday Home! So much that now we attempt 2 days stay instead of one day ..just proves how much we love this RESORT! It's so comfy, peaceful ,neat and warm!! We have been visiting this resort almost 5 years and over and this winter we have been there for 6 weekends!!! Yes 6 !!! Looks like we may get a permanent membership :-) Thank You Guys and HBR -- you are awesome !!! Best wishes always and may you grow and still keep the warmth and simplicity of the place!!!   Hotel sells room nights but is CLOSED

  Absolutely incredible! Booked a stay on booking.com, receive several confirmation e-mails, I arrive at check-in time with my family and the hotel is CLOSED. What a huge disappointment! An Absolute NO GO. Can't explain what an inconvenience this was for us! Nobody answers the phone or anything. Until today no apology from the hotel. Never again! UNPROFESSIONAl × 1000.
