  Fine, but expensive

  Stayed two nights for a meeting and every thing worked well and was comforable enough. There is a slight lack of warmth or cosyness and the feeling of being in a chain hotel, which this is not. Dinners were very expensive and dinning in nearby resturants is about half the price.

  Idyllic old mill

  Visited for business and the location works well outside of Vienna but not too far from the airport, perhaps about 40 minute taxi drive. Wine tasting from local district products was nice and the dinner program included "corporate cooking".

  Away from the hustle and bustle of Vienna

  We were allocated a room on the first floor without access to the lift. I explained my husband could not climb the stairs and asked for the room to be changed. We were allocated a room on the ground floor with easy access and away from the traffic noise which was great. We had late lunch there and a famous Schubert cake, both excellent and the waitress could speak English and was extremely polite. Breakfast was very good and service excellent. The owner and his wife were very obliging and friendly. I would gladly return and recommend the hotel.

  Nice hotel with interesting Paintings

  I visited the hotel as a overnight stay. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, dinner we ate was great (original Austrian Wienerschnitzel). They offered local beer as well as some Commercial ones, whit I found great. Prices were OK, something in the middle I would say. Breakfast the next morning was self-serve type with lots of different food to choose. Eggs, salami, cheese, fruit, bread, cereal, mussli, yogurt, coffee, juices (great ones, natural and bio) etc. Can not remember everything. But Great choise of different type of food. Rooms were clean, nice decorated and with a oldfashioned kind of look. Really welcoming. Bed was cosy, pillow soft and feather-stuffed. No signs or feel of weared out matraces or anything. Overall - good service, good hotel for a fair price. Check the Paintings on the walls on a stairway... ;)

  Great location for visiting Vienna and the surroundings

  It is a very nice hotel, with wonderful rooms and a delicious breakfast. It is close to Vienna, but there are a lot of activities near the hotel too. Definitely will make reservations here again. Very good price value
