  Perfect place, difficult restaurant

  Hotel is at perfect location for a skiing holiday. Good facilities at basement for ski depot and service and great toilettes downstairs. No luxury but good value for money. Restaurant was difficult case. It was difficult to know where customer is allowed to sit or not. Tables were reserved for breakfast with a sign, but You may not sit at Your "own" table in the evening. Also some minor misundestandings, seems that it's not clear who makes what in restaurant. Evening buffet price-value was good. Food was good but not excellent. Toilet in room is extremely small, a bit outdated and hard to get in or out. Bathroom OK. Decoration from 1970's, but it's not so important when You are going for a skiing holiday.

  Very non Austrian experience

  We stayed here for a long weekend while skiing with another couple. We had half board. The hotel is simple which is reflected in the price. I would say it is three stars, definitely not four. Good things about the hotel are that it is clean and the staff is friendly. They have plenty of space for hanging ski boots in the basement. Bad things are restaurant and food and the ski bus. The food was a disaster! The hotel was newly bought by non Austrians and all staff including the "chef" were non Austrians and seemed inexperienced and clumsy. The food was downright bad, both to quality and taste, although breakfast was simple but ok. Outside the hotel is a ski bus stop for Tuxer sport bus. We were waiting for 20 min while packed buses just passed us because they were already full. As we give up hope on getting on a bus we walk over to our cars. Then comes an empty xtra bus who turns around right were we were parked. Great! We want to get on the bus but the driver points at the stop on the other side of the road. He pulls out and we all run towards the bus stop. The two teenagers get there first and try to stand in the opening of the bus while we hurry over. The bus driver close the doors, the girls barely making it outside while we pound on the door. He drives away! With an almost empty bus! So bad. We ended up taking our cars. None of us will go back to this hotel:(

  Very Convenient

  Nice place.good location. Clean comfortable rooms. Good foid. Enough parking for everyone right in front of hotel. At the stop of skibus. And good views on mountain. Nice traditional tirol decorations in restaurant. We stayed 3 nights.

  Ski vacation

  We stayed here for 4 nights and would highly recommend the hotel. It is very clean, modern and is in an excellent location. There is plenty of parking directly opposite the hotel which we used as we hired a car. There is also a bus stop outside of the hotel which takes you to the lifts. Food at the hotel is lovely and authentic. We needed the menu translating as we could not understand it, and the next day they had printed us an English version We slept soundly in the clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms. We also loved the twin sinks in the bathroom! Views from the balcony are stunning. Plenty of power sockets and wardrobe space. Staff are all friendly and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa each evening.   Good facility in the room and nice foods

  I stayed one night after the hike in the Zillertal Alps (Olpererhütte). The rooms function is good and the parking area in front of the hotel is also large and convenient. Moreover, I had dinner at the hotel and the foods were delicious. Lovely staff of the hotel make me feel comfortable.
