  Adequate

  The hotel is nicely positioned in a quiet neighbourhood about 10 mins walk from the main square and 5 mins from the funicular to the main downhill ski slopes. Unfortunately, that is about the best feature of the place. There is no attempt to separate smoking from non-smoking areas and the smell of stale (and occasionally not-so-stale) tobacco smoke pervades the hotel. Our apartment was a reasonable size one bedroom, a sitting-dining room / kitchen, two bathrooms and a generously sized balcony, with views over the mountains which would have been a lovely place to relax when temperatures were higher and it was not snowing! Facilities were adequate, but the décor and furnishings were rather dated and looked a bit dingy. The bathrooms were tiny and anyone over a size 18 could well have difficulties squeezing through the gap between the inward-opening door and the shower cubicle. Unusually for an apartment of this sort, there was no hair dryer, but we could not tell whether there should have been because (again unusually) there was no inventory. Oh yesone of the lights in the lounge area didnt work, but we couldnt find anyone to replace it (we only saw reception staff twice throughout the whole week). On the subject of maintenance, the towels were changed once during the week and the main litter bin emptied, but neither of the bins in the bathrooms were. In case this sounds too negative, I will say that we enjoyed the week, the bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was kept clean. In a word, the accommodation wasadequate.

  good location but dirty and unkempt apartment

  We was here on Easter holidays with children. We had very nice weather, much snow for skiing, but... We were very disappointed ((( Apartment was very dirty, unkempt, cracked light bulbs, broken toilet, holey sheets, .... Staff unwilling.... ...and 50 for cleaning!! simply funny

  Nice Simple resort

  The resort was a simple and basic resort, easy to get in town and easier to get to resort. The Skiing was excellent. the town friendly, easy trip to Innsbruck for Christmas Dinner, Kids enjoyed, pet friendly.
