  I love this place

  We had a great staying here. Staffs are friendly and kind, always smile and offer assistance. The beach is really beautiful and clean. Receptionist gave our family complimentary Binh Chau Hot Spring entrance ticket and foot soaking upon check out. I will come back again for sure

  Great resort - perfect resort for a 3 day rest and recharge

  My second time here, and I'll be back again. Great resort to relax and unwind for a few days. Its cheaper than Mui Ne, closer to Saigon, and the beach is cleaner and more secluded. Also a better value than nearby resorts. Even better if you can go during the week. Highly recommended!

  Staying 2d1n at villa 101

  There is snake at the stair at swimming pool area. Our kid almost stepped on it. Cockroaches and mosquitoes inside the villa we stay. Scratching sound on the roof top of villa. Rubbish on the beach. Old facilities within the resort. Broken bricks on the pathway everywhere. Boring place. Good points only nice long beach, friendly staffs. Vietnamese cuisine at restaurants are okay.

  100% avoid this hotel! It's horrible

  If you don't want to read the whole review, the main message I want to share is DON'T STAY HERE! I'm not in the habit of writing one star reviews but this place is truly awful. We tried to leave after 45 minutes but the owner refused to refund us. He told us to ring agoda and when agoda contacted him, he wouldn't refund the night we never stayed. Everything about this place is misleading or just poor quality. We stayed in 4 star properties right across Vietnam and this was nowhere near the standard of other properties. It is NOT anywhere near a four star property. The hotel have changed their listing since we were in contact with Agoda but it was misrepresenting itself and it's facilities. The resort really is past its glory days. It may have been great a couple of decades ago but it is tired and worn out now. It honestly feels abandoned and we only saw a couple of guests on the site. - They did not have the room we booked so instead 'upgraded' us to a bungalow that was 500 meters from any facilities - the 'private beach' outside this bungalow was not private. Not just that, it had a beach festival being set up with huge speakers, inflatable castles etc. They were sound checking directly outside our door. Maybe this type of event won't be here if you book to stay here, maybe it will. I wouldn't risk it... - the beach itself is disgusting, with trash everywhere. At least the other beach resorts made some sort of effort to keep their environment clean. This hotel doesn't care in the slightest. - A spa was listed but was not available/functioning - There is supposed to be a freshwater and salt water pool but one of them (the one closest to us) was empty - The poolside bar was closed and you had to walk 250 metres to the restaurant to get any service - The food is really expensive. Becauses you have no other options in the nearby area they exploit this and charge sky high prices - the meeting room was nothing more than a handful of chairs in an outdoor room - The property is spread out across a km or so. In order to get anywhere, you need to call to get a golf buggy which is a novelty the first time but then just annoying - The room was not cleaned properly Don't trust the photos. They cast this old, run-down property in a far kinder light than it deserves. We didn't even want to spend a single night there and tried to leave within 45 minutes of arriving. We'd seen enough and tried to cancel our booking so the owner told us to ring Agoda. Agoda then rang the property and from there he refused to refund that night's stay. That money is gone but honestly it was worth 50 euros to never have to stay at this horrible place. We moved to another property on Ho Tram Beach and it was the best move we did all trip. Don't risk your holiday - avoid our mistakes and stay away from this awful hotel.

  company trip

  We were here for a company trip however I totally disapointed in it's services. First of all when we do check in we havent been informed where breakfast and lunch restaurants are that they should have instructed in priority. The resort was under construction, the view is as not good as what they showed. We made reservation for meeting room for 2 days, the first day was fine, for the second day they not only forgot to bring us tea break although it included on our booking but also set up the meeting room 15 mins lately in comparision with our schedule.
