  Needs repairs

  1. Door to our room needs fixing, hard to open and close. 2. Showing wear...lamp shade all stained, they switched to smaller refrigerator and that area is an eye sore. Water stained on bottom of bathroom door...I guess from overflowing shower? 3. Three small pillows for king bed...blankets thin and rough, need king pillows for king bed and new blankets. 4. Carpet not thoroughly vacuumed....lint and stuff. 5. In room coffee has no coffee flavor and pot could be cleaned. Renovated lobby and areas are lovely! Hand sanitizer, wipes, masks and gloves readily available in lobby and casino.

  Worst Casino I've Been To!

  Signed up for rewards. They said they put $10 on my card, and didn't. Odds are HORRIBLE at slots. I have never gone through money so fast. Stay away from this place. Crowds are down...gee I wonder why? No one wants to lose.

  Horrible Customer Service

  We stayed at Hochunk for an Anniversary getaway, what they advertise and tell you over the phone is not all correct. We were told the bars and restaurants were all open only to find only the grill us only open from 11:00 to 7:00 we could not get anything to eat at the casino. There is no ice machine working, we were told to walk through the casino in our swimsuits to the bar. We were told by Sheila if we didnt like it we could leave, who says that. After checking out , we voiced r concerns, we were not looking for any compensation from them . We were told to contact Mona on Monday, I called 4 days in a row and left 3 messages for Mona, it is obvious that these employees were not going to let my concerns get past the front desk. We have stayed here in the past and had a good time. No hair dryers in room and never told we could get one at the front desk. but after this experience, we will not return to your hotel.

  Weekend gambling getaway

  Went with friends to Ho Chunk for a quick weekend. Casino is very clean, they take your temp and you need a mask on makes you feel safe. Lots of slots and table games. No buffet or bingo right now because of Covid. They have a nice bar area had a dj playing great music and getting the crowd into the fun. The hotel was clean and a good nights rest was had. Work out room was not open but pool and hot tub was. Will be back again and hope the steak house will open back up. Only the grill is open with a light menu, but great burgers.

  Very nice hotel, clean, well-maintained

  Nice rooms, clean. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Pool area is nice: you can see dust on the heat-vent ducts, but otherwise clean. Nice heated pool, a small hot tub and a very large hot tub. In Jan. 2021, the pool area was open and people were social distancing inside. Felt safe. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was surprisingly slow. Food in the Casino Grill was pretty good (burgers, french dip, chicken strips) and reasonably priced. Restaurant and buffet were closed due to the virus crisis.
