  Lindo entorno y un hotel práctico para convenciones

  Es un lindo hote, a 1 hora en auto de Manhattan, en medio de un parque con naturaleza. Ideal para convenciones, pero no si piensas ir a recorrer Manhattan a diario. El hotel cuenta con un buen gimnasio, el desayuno es completo.

  Astounding

  So quiet and beautiful. We could have spent the day just exploring the grounds. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. When we booked we weren't sure what to expect, but this a hidden gem. The view was just amazing. Can't wait to go back.

  Very run down but great staff save it

  Most of the reviews here seem to rate this place as a great place to stay. In theory it could be but sadly the place is very run down. Ill start with the positives: its set in an amazing location and during fall its stand out beautiful. Secondly the staff here are superb and will do everything they can to help you. But thats where the good news ends. The whole centre is really run down. The rooms are showing so much wear and tear that I am amazed things arent fall off when you touch them. You can see from the pictures the state of the room I was in. Marked and chipped surfaces. Badly repainted door after a lock was taken off. Dirty curtains with god knows what. A HUGE set of hairs in my bed (ugh), dirty doors with some sort of dirt splashes, marks on the walls, dirt in vents etc. I dont think the rooms are hoovered at all as I dropped a small piece of paper on the floor and it never moved once the whole week I was there. Theres no room safe so you are going to have to look after your own valuables. The food at the buffet is very average and poor selection / temperature. It just feels like an experience you dont want to have to do again sadly.

  Sprawling!

  The HNA Palisades Premier Conference Center must have been the "place" in its day. Despite its age, this center is huge with up to date technology in the conference rooms. The staff are super and a big shout out to Patrick for his help with our technology issues. The hotel rooms are small, but have all of the required amenities. The walking paths around the center are great.

  Old room, poor service

  This hotel is from the 80s. Old rooms, poorly maintained and basic services and poor service. The clean rooms and forget about putting water and coffee and when i asked they could not find a bottle of water! This hotel is like a hostel.
