  Bad experience for buying at 7 eleven

  If I am going to Disneyland tokyo, I will choose English speaking hotel or at least a hotel sells disneyland tickets. This hotel directed me to 7 eleven store a few blocks away in their map. I went there and asked to get tickets for 2 adults and 2 kids under 10, the store bought me 2 adults and 2 junior tickets which cost $35 more. I told them incorrect so they said t was their error pressing the wrong keys. They told me I would need to buy new set of tickets and they would refund me the other sets. They kept the tickets and it has been a month, I have not seen a refund. I am back to the US and am filing dispute but now I am frustrated as the japanese people at the store was not honest. It was $187 I lost due to not knowing their refund system and trusted what they told me. I called the hotel to ask them to call 7eleven for me as I dont speak japanese and 7eleven people do not understand my english. I used google for translation when I bought the tickets. The hotel refused to call. Bad customer service so 1 star for me

  Nice hotel for a visit to Tokyo Disneyland

  I stayed here for 3 nights visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. I choose the hotel for its location and free shuttle towards the parks. Checkin went smoothly though it was not always to cummunicate with the staff as they didnt understand English too good. The room was new, clean but a bit on the small side (as expected). Breakfast was ok. The shuttle service to the parks was nice and organised. When the shuttle was full they quickly came up with a small extra minivan. Overall a nice little hotel with good value for the money paid.

  5 star family friendly hotel close to TDL

  Very nice hotel, shuttle service to Maihama station is very convinient. Hotel staff speaks good english and friendly. Family friendly close to Disney land and sea. Has a buggy parking which is fun!!!!

  Great hotel

  Picked this hotel because of it's proximity to Disney. Just 10 minutes away and they run a shuttle bus. Staff could not have been more helpful, even allowing us to check in early on our day of arrival They offer breakfast at an additional cost but no other meals, there are take away menus in the rooms or you can order from just eat or Uber eat and get your choice of food delivered to your room If you are unhappy with the firmness of your pillow there is a choice of others that may be more suitable Ramen is available free for the first 50 people at 9.30 every evening. There are vending machines on most floors offering soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, noodles, chocolate and savoury snacks There's a section in the lobby where you can pick 2 small gifts everyday. There's bath salts, face masks, antibac gel to name just a few and toys for kids too There are several supermarkets, including one with a 24hr pharmacy, within a short walk and many small restaurants close by

  Couldnt ask for more

  If youre thinking of visiting Disney and want somewhere convenient without the cost of staying on-site then this is the perfect hotel. Crucially, there is a free shuttle bus which goes from the hotel to the entrance at set times each day and this was a faultless service, always exactly on time. All the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly - one even comes out each time the bus leaves to wave guests off. In addition, the hotel offers free food (eg pot noodle type snacks) and soft drinks each evening, as well as two free gifts per guest at the start of your stay (there are a load of bits to choose from, mostly for kids, but we appreciated it). None of this was advertised or expected and were just really nice touches. The room, like all the rooms we encountered in Japan, were quite small, but perfectly adequate and even came with a foot massager! Ive never stayed in a room with a foot massager before and it was very nice after a long day of walking in the parks. After all the added extras and great service I thought the least I could do was put up this review and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for somewhere to stay in the Disney area.
