  Very comfortable hotel

  My daughter and I stayed at this hotel during the last ten days of December 2018 and we were treated very well. The room was very spacious with all the facilities that you would expect in a nice hotel. The staff extremely helpful and the check in was done within minutes and as requested we were allocated a room facing the sea so had a view of the seal link causeway. The breakfast was good and varied continental style with Indian themes each day. Staff were ready to be on hand and nothing was trouble when asking for something. The period we were there was quite so not that busy but very clean tidy and an overall pleasant, comfortable stay. we were also given complimentary Wi-Fi throughout our stay.

  Good hotel,only fifteen minutes drive from airport,not exactly sea facing,but close to worli sea face.good clean rooms,nice staff,good food.good both for your official visit as well as personal visit as tourist.

  very Homely Hotel. Rooms are knit & clean. Hospitality is Very Good. Staff is very cooperative . Room service is prompt. Location is good. Car Parking facility is there. brackfast is average . for family stay this hotel is very good

  Basic and Functional

  The best quality of this hotel is its location... It is in Worli and very close to the sea link. Hence, ideal for getting around both town and suburban area. The hotel is not on Worli sea face but on the road parallel to it. Sea Face is a good 10-15 mins walk. Some of the rooms in the hotel are refurbished, try to get one of those - they are nice. The rooms and bathrooms that are not yet renovated are quite dull and deary. the restaurant is functional and moderately clean. But don't expect spotless cleanliness or waiters in fancy costumes. I also noticed the chef sneezing over the food without masks at one time. The kitchen is partly separated by glass. The housekeeping staff are the stars of this Hotel and lest appreciated. They try their best to make one's stay comfortable. This hotel is used for weddings and conferences. Hence, the lobby is always crowded with event organisers and restaurants with large groups. We were there to attend a wedding hence didnt mind but individuals and small groups may get overwhelmed. Overall it's a functional hotel. I am Indian and lived many years in Mumbai, hence the hotel works for me. But if one is there for the first time this may not be the best place. It's in the vicinity of Police living quarters, can get very quiet in the evenings and not close to any tourist landmark. However, the following are clear advantages of the hotel - Location ( Worli is an upmarket location - though the hotel is in a by lane. also proximity to sea link hence travel time are shorter) decent sized rooms, overall clean and hygenic and most importantly WELL PRICED.
