  Great Executive Lounge Service

  We stayed at the property for 3 nights, the hotel itself is pretty new but looks like half opened the other half is still under construction, which doesnt effect our stay at all actually. Room is nice and clean cant ask too much since we got upgraded to a Club King Room as Gold member. But we really enjoyed the service in the executive lounge especially from Candance Cao. My husband isnt really a Chinese food lover, the lounge only provided some western food on the first day arrived during happy hour. While we were just enjoying the wine on the 3rd night, Candance went out of her way to offer some western snack/desert for my hubby! We were really touched, her attention to details and attentive to guests needs was outstanding! On the other hand, the All Day Dining restaurant felt like just a normal restaurant...

  Wonderful 5 star hotel

  The rooms are big, luxurious and service is excellent. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. It is also the only hotel in Tianjin eco city but it provides excellent services. It is also near the commercial street where there are food and amenities.

  Excelentes instalaciones, comodidad. El hotel cuenta con un gimnasio pequeño pero operativo. Las habitaciones son muy grandes. El desayuno ofrece gran variedad de alimentos. El restaurant Dragon Garden es adecuado.

  Family weekend trip

  We are travelling with a large, disorganized group. Dream Peng at the Executive Lounge, Mr. Shi and Ms. Cao at the Breakfast restaurant are extremely helpful. They are professional, dedicated, and thoughtful.

  An oasis during the Corona crisis

  Well, how you judge an hotel when almost all restaurants, the gym, the pool and the sauna was closed during your stay? Actually simple, just by the staff. We were there during the New Year holidays when the whole Corona thing just became serious. The first action taken by the hotel was shutting down the aforementioned facilities what was - quite frankly - a huge bummer for us. However, I believe it was necessary. I would guess together with us were approx. 50 other guests at the property. The staff did a great job especially the restaurant team as well as the front desk. After two days they started to check our temperature at the entrance but really tried their best not to bother anyone. Always kind, always polite. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. We got complimentary water for us and our son as much as we wanted, got an upgrade to a suite for one night and were overall very satisifed by their attitude towards guests in these difficult times. Our F&B highlight was the Chinese restaurant at second floor (all others were closed anyway). We went there three times to try different things and it was authentic, tasty and propper arranged. The breakfast on the other was a bit dull, not in terms of choice - which was really really good if you are into Chinese breakfast - rather the freshness was an issue. Since there were only a couple of guests, things had no turn over and some fried eggs looked like hours old. However, we would recommend this hotel at any time. Since my in laws just live around the corner, the Hilton will be our preferred destination for our future trips.
