    Super Disappointed

    The majority of the staff is very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself is rundown. Carpets were dirty with burn holes, closet door difficult to slide open, and the toilet looks like something that was pulled from an airport bathroom. Really people? You couldnt spring for a better looking toilet? The biggest issue we had was noise! Every night and morning we hear loud bangs... finally realizing that its peoples doors being open and shut. The door to the room loudly closes and is very noisy. The second noise problem was the heater/ac unit. It was not just LOUD, but crackled nonstop. I couldnt sleep with it on so had to sleep hot each night. Hotel needs an upgrade. There really is no lobby, the entrance is very unassuming... no place to pull up and take out luggage. Parking is a ridiculous $45 a day and the garage has super tiny spots.

    Severely Lacking

    We recently stayed here for a couple of nights. We ended up having to move to a different Hilton property in Seattle because of our experience-or rather lack there of. Before I go any further, yes, I realize there is a pandemic going on, and some hotel services will not be available or have to be modified. However, I do expect that even in times of a pandemic that the air conditioning in the room will work. We checked in to our first room, and that was not the case. Our fridge also was not working. The maintenance person brought us a new one, which we appreciated. With the air conditioning, we thought perhaps it would cool down, and the air was turned off since there had not been anyone in the room previously. Finally, we couldn't stand it any longer. We called the front desk. The maintenance person had left for the night, so our only option was to move rooms, which the front desk/night audit person was not thrilled about. In our second room, the air conditioning also was not working. We stuck it out for that night. We let the front desk know the following day, and asked that they come and fix it while we were out. They did send someone who turned the thermostat down to 60, but the temperature in the room still wouldn't get below 73. We went to the front desk again to see if they could fix it because it was still super hot. The agent couldn't have been less bothered about our issue. Instead of passing on to maintenance that our room was too hot, when he went to the room while we were out for the evening, he turned the thermostat back up without fixing anything. The only saving grace of the customer service at this property (and the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1) was Ann at the front desk, who was the only person genuinely apologetic and concerned, and followed up with us. To everyone else we encountered, they could not have cared less. And I will note that we have high status with Hilton. Not even that mattered. The hotel is a bit dated, yes, but even that wasn't a huge deal for us. It has a great walkable location, but they need to beef up their staff and customer service-even in times of COVID.

    Noisy Rooms

    Fan in bathroom does not turn off had to close bathroom door to drawn out noise. Air in air also very loud and did not cool room to desired temperature. Ice machine outside in hallway could be heard in room.

    Good value

    We spent 2 nights at this hotel prior to going on an Alaska cruise . Location to shops and restaurants is excellent .The facilities in the hotel are as you would expect for this price point and are very good value .check in and out were efficiently handled and generally service and contact with all the staff is a friendly experience . The room was clean and reasonably presented. sleep quality was good with no noise issues. There is a complimentary breakfast which again for this price point was very good with a wide range of hot and cold options . In short this is well run hotel which is ideal for short stays of a week or so . We would definitely return if visiting seatttle again

    Long weekend

    Hotel room was nice and due to covid 19 lots of things were closed. The entrance are was a bit confusing and you have to ring a bell and they buzz you in. I still dont know if this was the only entrance or if there was a main one. Location is good. Short ride to shops and restaurants. A lot of places were shut down but we still had a great time. Would recommend this hotel.
