Increíblemente limpio y agradableMe encantó nuestra habitación. Era enorme y limpia con un cuarto de baño bonito. La cama era tan blandita y acogedora que resultó fácil quedarse dormido. No olvides tu traje de baño porque disponen de una piscina cubierta y un spa muy bonitos que me habría encantado disfrutar. Muy bien situado en relación a 440. En conjunto quedé muy satisfecho.

Nasty!Upon arrival 2 our sealed room we found pubic hair, long black hair & a little blue pill on the bathroom floor. Reported to front desk & was told they didn't have cleaning svcs after checkin. Extra cleaning my butt!

Filthy roomAs stated in previous reviews, the rooms are very outdated. The ceiling appears to have had a leak, which was poorly patched up. The Lysol seal is a nice touch, but is completely pointless when you find leftovers from the previous visitors in the mini fridge along with grime on the sink handles (which came off after I wiped it down). My recommendation is to book the Hyatt across the street.

Great Location/Noisy but CleanWe were at the Hilton on Business, We had a 5th floor room. It was clean and had a sealed sticker on the door. The room across the hall was fighting on the second day which was noisy at 4am in the morning. There is ample parking and they have a bar and restaurant. The bar was open along with the restaurant and closed at 9pm. They have removed the bar stools so you can only sit at tables. The atmosphere just seamed dead. We did like the location and will stay there again, hopefully after Covid the place will liven up.

Solid Hotel But Lacks Attention to DetailThis is a solid hotel. Comfortable rooms (tried both a king and a queen, both on the 1st floor). Accepts dogs and has some nice grassy areas, particularly in the back. During COVID there is a very limited menu and, if you love vegetables, beware. The only green thing on the menu is a Caesar's Salad. But the chicken wings were very good. Two big complaints. One is the lack of attention to detail. My first room (115) didn't have a soap dish and three lightbulbs were out. My second room (107) was missing a garbage pail and (you guessed it), there was a light that was out in the bathroom. It amazes me that housekeeping wouldn't uncover these problems conducting a quality check of the room. The second complaint is about the manner in which a problem was resolved by the front desk. First, let me state that until this point, my interactions with the front desk, particularly Nick, were very good. But this Saturday evening when I returned to my room, the heat would not work. The woman at the front desk suggested that I was not using the heat properly and needed to reset it with the switch on the wall. Her directions were very confusing and I requested that Engineering come and show me what to do. She sent Housekeeping, who found the switch on the wall and immediately told me the heat wasn't working. (OK, I knew that. Why the front desk clerk had to have a staffer validate that is beyond me.) The gentleman from Housekeeping accompanied me to the Front Desk and told her that the heat was not working. I was then switched to a room much further away before requesting, and receiving, one closer. The kicker is that I asked to be compensated for my troubles of having to repack and move and I got a blank stare. I then suggested they put some extra Hilton Points on my account (I am a Gold level). She had to check with her manager and then agreed. I checked my account four days later and...no points. I wound up having to call Hilton Honors, who had to call the hotel to confirm, and then finally got 10K points. Terrible customer service at the hotel to resolve a simple issue and then terrible follow-up not putting down the points. And the front desk clerk never even apologized for the original heating problem. Would I stay here again? If I was traveling with my dog and had business in the area I probably would. If traveling for pleasure and I had a choice, I will find a different hotel that understands customer service and the importance of people who are Hilton Gold and Hilton Diamond -- repeat guests with loyalty to the brand.
