  Best Hotel for Business Events

  We usually hold our meetings and workshops at Hilton. The meeting room equipment are of high quality and in excellent condition, the staffs are professional and very helpful. I would like to thank; - Poe Thiri Htun and Dolly for always fulfilling our meeting requirements. - May Myat Thu Aung and team for always making sure the lunches are in order and only the authorized meeting attendees are in. - Aung Thu Soe for always being attentive during the events and one time when my laptop got error connecting with projector and he immediately replaced my laptop temporarily with his laptop, kept the event continue smoothly and solved my laptop error. - Zin Lin Naing for always making sure the coffee breaks are ready in time and being supportive with meeting room requests. He one time looked for painkiller for me when i have terrible headache. This extra service was unexpected. - Ma Nang, Pyae Pyae and one guy (handsome guy with wide forehead) for always assisting with printing documents, authorizing late check-outs and speedy check ins. - The girl with glasses from executive lounge for always being attentive and sometime keep the snacks when i am late. In addition to above great services, i enjoy walking along the jogging path at the back of the hotel. One suggestion: sometimes there are mosquitoes in the room and need to use small repellent device in room. Larger mosquito magnet machines outdoor would be nice. Thank you!

  Great value, great service

  I was not looking forward to a week in Naypyitaw, but the Hilton made it very comfortable indeed. As others have noted, the hotel is more like a self-contained resort. The real feature is the incredibly helpful service. My room was well-equipped and very comfortable, although it came with its own tiny spiders (and the thoughtful can of insect repellant). As others have noted, the breakfast buffet is good; the dinner options are either dine in the single, deserted restaurant or order room service (with varied and fairly ordinary results). We used a conference room and catering during my business stay - it was perfectly set up and the food and beverages were excellent. The spa was empty but offered an excellent massage; the pool and surrounds are lovely. If I could change one thing it would be to update and expand the gym equipment -- a full set of free weights and some stretch bands and poles, as well as some high quality mats would be good additions.

  Service staff situation

  A presence of 24/7 service perssonnel at the entrance of house 2 would be highly recommended, as I can only turn to the phone once there's a problem or question. But this can be changed once I arrive for next stay in your house.

  Best hotel for business and leisure

  We had a great, long stay at the fabulous Hilton in Myanmar's capital city and will dearly remember the friendly staff and very professional management at Naypyitaw and Mandalay. They kept our luggage safely for months, when we could not return to Myanmar due to Covid restrictions. We will always return to Hilton, and fully recommend their hotels to others.
