  Horribly maintained

  Great property and location but the maintenance and upkeep is actually horrible. This made for an overall unsatisfactory experience which is a shame given the property has great potential. Either the management is to blame, or not enough money being allocated to keep the place clean and functional. Constant sewage and rotting wood smell, dysfunctional bedroom doors, neglected signs of heavy wear and rear, less than sanitary restaurants, dirty rooms, etc. you get the picture. Stayed in a four bedroom suite and the hotel moved us but not much improvement. The front desk helper was friendly and apologetic but the manager on duty had no clue. The general manager was no where to be found.

  I have literally stopped using Hiltons whenever possible since they seem to do such a horrible job maintaining their properties. The room itself is clean for the most part, just dont look at the curtains that are full of stains and holes, or the dingy yellow duvets. The room we had could we have used some extra attention and replacement of items like the cracked wall near the mini bar, the lamp full of dust, the stained sofa pillows, the toilet paper holder that refused to stay connected, and the shower head where half the holes were clogged. The property itself is in a beautiful hotel but if I was paying full price I would be horribly upset n would have checked out the first night. To top it all off, we found out that the balcony door to the outdoor had been left open by someone else n did not discover that until the following morning. It took any remaining confidence in the hotel and placed in squarely in the trash.

  Central to all the Amazing Name sightseeing sights such as the Daraengi Village and Boriam temple

  We wanted to drive around Name and found that there is a Hilton so we decided to stay there. This is more a golf resort than a hotel/motel. The rooms are nice but the vibes they exude is more that of a dated rental apartment/serviced apartment than a hotel. Looks dated but not uncomfortable. For those used to travelling in Japan and Korea, do note that this is one of the few top-range hotels that do not have the funky hi-tech bidets that one may come to expect. Driving to and from the hotel to the amazing coastal drive of Namhae and the various sightseeing spots in Namhae Island. The hotels provide a marvellous breakfast buffet spread.

  Great for familly trip

  We stayed at this hotel last month for my fathers business trip. We booked larger room. There are 2rooms, 2baths. 2single bed each. The room was so spacious, amenities are awesome. And enjoyed with bath tub. but room s not too clean Breakfast was so lovely. A lot kinds of foods there like Korean, local food, American brekkie. Especially I loved which veges were so fresh. It was nice to staying. Tips. In my case, I had forgot to bring my tooth brush and bought there, so expensive. Just buy there a small store near lobby or CU Cvs before entrance of hotel.

  Worst hotel ever

  1. I booked a room two months ahead but i was notified that there will be renovation going on during my stay at the last minute. I had limitied access to facilities and there was construction noise everywhere. The hotel planned this renovation months and months earlier but they notified me only a week before my visit which made me not being able to cancel. 2. Room does not worth the money at all. I could have stayed at a much better accommodation at a half price near here: A. Slippers are used ones which are worn off so bad. B. Only horrible quality two pillows are provided and they charge me money for extra pillows (I was pregnant so i needed another pillow for between my legs.) C. They cannot even borrow me scissors and ointment not even for an hour (Staff waited at the door until I finish using scissors and ointment.) 3. Horrible service. I didnt want a room cleaning service so I put the do not disturb sign on the door but they called my phone what they should do with room cleaning.. I answered i did not need room cleaning. When i got back to hotel there was a rubbish-looking plastic bag in front of my room which they put new towels and amenities. Duh..... Overall, if I visit the city another time, I would definitely not stay here because I do not want to waste my money. Horrible. This hotel does not deserve even one star
