  Agradable en perfecta ubicacion

  El hotel no es de lo mas nuevo, pero es muy agradable y espacioso. las habitaciones son comodas y bien equipadas, aunque una rnovacion le caeria bien. Ubicado frente a ld Mystic village, un centro comercial maravilloso donde encontraras todo de otras epocas... y buenos restaurantes y hasta cines. lo recomiendo.

  Location, Location, Location

  My husband and I came and stayed here on the coldest weekend so far this year. The hotel took every COVID-19 precaution and we felt safe the entire time we were here. The room was spotless and as clean as could be. The Mystic Aquarium was across the street, literally, as was Olde Mystic Village. It was so cold at night that we decided to stay and have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, The Irons, since a lot of the restaurants in town were full and to wait outside for one was out of the question. The only issue we had was the restaurant was on the slow side. We realized why after awhile, they were understaffed AND everyone in the hotel was ordering take out because of the cold. We were in no hurry so we were ok with it but one couple argued with the poor waitress because they ran out of patience. Food was really good as were the drinks. Our stay here was pretty great, dont be afraid of it not being clean here, its worth getting out of Dodge to come here.

  Pretty good

  Stay here for one night and it was a pretty good night stay. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely come back here again. Friendly staff as well.

  Dont do it

  Stayed here by myself for a little getaway. Paid almost $200 for a room with a jacuzzi tub for some extra relaxation. The only reason Im giving even 1 star is because the girls at the front desk were very friendly and the restaurant food was tasty. That was it, the jacuzzi has mold growing in all of the jets so it (in my opinion) was disgusting and unusable, the compressor on the fridge in the room rattles so bad I had to use a noise machine app on my phone to block it out. The chair in my room was ripped all over the side of it as well as there being something (who knows what, but chunky and brown) on the wall near the windows. Come 830 in the morning I have someone BANGING on my door and yelling, woke up thinking there was an emergency. Nope. Just housekeeping wondering if Im gone, 2 AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE CHECK OUT. So disappointed, as a Hilton I expected a little better than this. Definitely look better options in the area before you book this hotel. I surely will not be back.

  Clean and Quality Stay

  I stayed at this property last week with my boyfriend traveling through Mystic and really enjoyed our visit. We were greeted with a friendly front desk person and a beautiful, clean lobby area. We went up to our room which was just the same. Later that night we stopped for a drink in the bar and once again had a friendly bartender. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and got a great rate as well.
