  Buena atención

  Buena atención del personal, sobre todo la gente hispana que trabaja en el hotel es muy amable. La facilidad de tomar el transporte del hotel para movilizarse al mall ó tiendas hace muy cómoda la estadía. El único pero, la limpieza de la habitación fue deficiente.

  excelente localización

  muy buen hotel, restaurante a pasos, el área de la barra es acogedora. Se los recomiendo para viajes de negocios. Convenientemente localizado a minutos del aeropuerto y del "mall of Americas". el cuarto es muy bonito.

  Stay in Covid times

  We stayed for 4 nights visiting friends in Minneapolis. Got an offer to upgrade to a "presidential" suite for 160 more bucks. Took the offer, booked one suite instead of two regular rooms, and it was really good deal for our particular situation. I put "presidential" in parentheses so people would not expect some real "luxury". The suite has a lot of space and nice big living room, also convenience of having two-bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, and it was really nice for us. But it was not a "presidential" suite as you would expect from the name. The bedrooms were just regular hotel rooms with regular bathrooms. It also has a guest half bath in the living room. We had a couple sleeping in king and one more adult sleeping in two-queens bedrooms. And we had a living room to hang out together. We requested a microwave, and we were all set. We actually even had our friends over for dinner with us , and had 5 people sitting comfortably at the dining table. Ordered dinner from downstairs Olive Lounge (the restaurant was closed due to Covid situation), and ate it in the room together. There is a Whole Foods very near to the hotel. like less than 5 min drive. We bought bunch of stuff there so we can just eat in the room. There is also Trader Joe and alcohol shop very close to the hotel. It seems like you can't buy alcohol in most grocery stores in MN which we had no idea about, so close by liquor store was very welcomed :) I used the swimming pool, which was working at limited capacity. You had to sign-up at the front desk, they would give you a special key and you would have the pool all to yourself for an hour. That was great. And they seem to clean it after each guest. At least I saw a cleaning lady doing her work in the gym - through the window while using the pool. We are Diamonds. Coming to the hotel we knew in advance we would not get much in the hotel in those challenging times. There was no breakfast as the restaurant was not working, and the lounge was closed too. But surprisingly hotel did a decent job providing the Diamond benefits. They did give out some Starbucks breakfast sandwiches and coffee every morning, and also give a free drink to each person every evening at the reception downstairs. There was not a huge choice of course, but we were able to get decent beers every evening for each of us. The hotel felt very clean and well maintained. All the stuff was extremely helpful and really easy to deal with. So I would definitely recommend the hotel, and would not hesitate to stay again.

  Taking Mom out for a few fun nights!

  Ive had the pleasure of staying here many times over the last few years (so has my sister) and even a few times during covid. The GM & staff here are top notch and go the extra mile to make your stay the best. Granted, with Covid the service, meals and amenities have been reduced as occupancy has been lower & yet they have done an amazing job to make our stay enjoyable. Kudos & well done Hilton Bloomington!

  "Above & Beyond!"

  The GM (Jim) is outstanding & leads an amazing team here @ this Hilton property! I fly in town to take my Mom out for a few nights & we love staying here. The entire staff continually goes above & beyond with their help & service. On a recent trip, it was so cold that our car battery died. Both Jim & Aaron themselves tried to jump it! We ended up having to get it towed to get the battery replaced. Jim even assisted us to get to an appointment (so cold that no Lyft cars available) while car being fixed & also to pick up our car! The front desk attendants of Helen & Kate were also kind & helpful David in the restaurant efficiently helped us with our dinner as well. Good leadership at the top of an organization typically reaches all the staff & that is truly the case at this property. Stay here, you will greatly enjoy it & come back!
