  This is a bad experience

  I am Hilton Diamond member .Staff tell me room full booked and Diamond member has no breakfast, no upgrade,no lounge,nothing is existing. I feel like staying in a fake Hilton hotel. The hotels golf course was not built and Huang Peony was all dead. The memory on the staff's rude attitudes hurts me deeply.I only feel targeted from the management team which might be from other province of China. It shirks responsibility and shift the blame onto the local employees. However, in fact, I feel that these local staffs are very nice and friendly. I paid double room rate but only gained undesirable experience.

  Besr hotel of wholr Tibet trip

  Great room, best Chinese restaurant serving great food. Wine list should improve. But we were served by at Chinese restaurant and also Lily fr lobby lounge so well they deserve special credits to the whole experience. Thank you and strongly recommend this resort to all.

  The highest Hilton

  A real 5-stars hotel in Nyingchi,Tibet. Beyond my expectations. The room,the view and the food are really excellent.Especially thanks to Director of Operations David Liao and GSM Momoco Chen. Its the highest Hilton and the best in Nyingchi.

  View of river and mountain from balcony

  Stayed there for 2 nights. There was a balcony in our room with the view of river and mountains. It was misty and cloudy, the view was surreal! Watching this view at dawn, while listening to some music of qin, in the comfort and warmth in the room, just speechless. There was a body of insect in the toilet on the first night of stay, it was still there at the end of our stay.

  Hilton Resort revisited

  After 2 years I had the pleasure to revisit the Hilton resort but this time I was accompanied by my wife. Stayed at the Hilton from Oct. 26th to Oct. 28th (2 nights) and again from Oct. 30th to Oct 31st (1 night) The resort is still an oasis of excellence, calm and outstanding service in Nyingchi prefecture of Tibet. Although SE Tibet is notorious for cloudy and rainy weather (Gulf of Bengal rains and storms crossing the Himalayas), we were very lucky and had an excellent combination of a top luxury hotel and a couple of days with excellent weather. Staff was efficient and very friendly and on morning of Oct. 31st we had our breakfast in our room (restaurant closed because only several guests stayed at the hotel (off season). Still the service was very good. One more advantage: The Hotel is located just some 3 to 4 kms away from Linzhi airport which offers flights to Chongqing, Chengdu and other cities. As I said two years ago - Hilton Resort is highly recommended for a stay.
