  Good for business travel

  If I feel adventurous I would pick a local brand when I travel. I did try that in Kyiv previously. It didnt work out. Kyiv is unlike other European cities. So this time I chose Hilton Kyiv. I have Hilton status. It delivered with no surprises. Was in the executive wing with its own elevator to the 24-hour gym. The room was good size and comfortable. The lounge spacious and quiet with professional and pleasant services. The gym is a bit small but sufficient. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. The lobby bar was comfy. Hilton is not at a flashy location like the Intercontinental or Hyatt but still short walk to the town center. There were mostly business travelers and quite a lot of Americans. I found it a comfortable place and it would be my place to stay in Kyiv.

  the hotel is beautiful, but has the disadvantage that the rooms do not have opening windows and there is artificial ventilation. It is not very comfortable! good spa center. The kitchen is good. the prices for the rooms are overpriced.

  Best bathroom ever saw in city and perfect service

  Well during our previous Kyiv trips, each time we choose different hotel but not chain ones, that time we wanted to stay here because we heard the fame of Mr.Volkan, the Turk which works here. We Turks has very thin and exact sense of service understanding, so we stayed here just to take a look how it looks like and observe the touch of a Turk at the team. Obviously not regretful, all the stuff really perfect. Rooms are perfect as expectedly but I loved the shower we had at the room. Definetly would love to stay more just for that shower. We surely suggest and we wish we could stay more or come again but not able to afford it always.

  The people make the difference

  For a short transit stay, I booked the Hilton Kyiv and was more than pleased with the service, the breakfast, and the room. I felt very safe throughout the hotel since the management is paying great attention to all sanitary aspects. I can highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Kyiv.

  Outstanding Staff!

  This was our first visit to Kiev, and definitely not our last, partially because of the amazing staff members at the hotel. The check-in process was flawless, thanks to Veronika. She was so polite, professional, and welcoming. She definitely made me feel like a valued Diamond Member. The concierge Vladimir is one of the best concierge I've ever had anywhere in the World. He was very attentive, and gave us some outstanding recommendations. He circled all the major highlights the city had to offer, as well as booking us in a few nice restaurants. The hotel amenities were slightly reduced due to covid, but we were still able to use the spa, which was amazing! The restaurant was great, as we were well taken care off every meal we had there. Vasily was so nice, and took great care of us at breakfast. The happy hour from 6-8 was also nice, with 2 free drinks for Diamond Members each day. The room was very nice with great city views. It also had all the amenities necessary for a great stay. The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. The room service was also great, as we loved the club sandwich, and the dumplings. Checkout was as smooth as check-in, and Denis made it so easy for us. Overall, this is an outstanding property. The transportation to and from the airport was on time, and in a very comfortable car. The room was great, the property beautiful, and only 10 minutes from all the major sites. The staff though truly went above and beyond, and we really appreciated that!
